A recipe for a puff that does not require a lot of food and fry near the cooker

It's time to celebrate the Resurrection of Christ, and on the table there are already familiar dishes for us, which are prepared year by year precisely for this holiday. These dishes: paska, painted eggs, fried fish.

For the coloring of eggs to date, many methods have been devised - from traditional (painting), to introduced innovations in the form of stickers, to an egg painted with a certain color, or completely covering the whole egg, painted with a film.

Fried fish is usually served as usual, caught from water bodies or freshly frozen, as you like.

Paska can also be prepared in different ways for different recipes. Bake it at home is much better than buying. Many do not want to fool with the preparation of this festive muffin, but this is a big mistake, as a cooked at home paska is much more delicious than the purchased one. But you just need to find out the recipe for a delicious paska and start cooking. Here is a recipe for a paska, which does not require a lot of food and fuss, but the result will be satisfied with both you and your loved ones.

1. 250 g of milk, 150 g of yeast, 4 eggs, 200 g of butter, 1 tbsp. Sugar, a handful of raisins, vanillin, 30 grams of rum and 500 grams of flour.
A small amount of milk to bring to a boil and pour into a medium-sized container, there add a spoonful of flour, and all the right stir and cool for 40 degrees. Dissolve yeast in milk and, adding a pinch of sugar, lightly sprinkle with flour. All this must be left for a while in order for the odor to rise, this process will take about 1-2 hours.

Next, pour the flour into a bowl larger than the size and strictly follow the recipe for the pas, rub the yolks with sugar, whisk the whites. Proteins with yolks pour into the flour, add milk and heated oil. All this must be kneaded for at least 20 minutes. After that, rum is poured into the dough, this is done in order to give a more pronounced taste to our festive cake. Next, add already grown spoon, vanillin, pre-steamed raisins, and again all the vymeshivat. The dough should stand for at least 3 hours. In the process of how the dough will fit, it should be kneaded 1-3 times.

When the dough has already stood, it needs to be spread out in forms. For this, you need to lubricate the mold with sunflower oil or remelted internal fat. The form is treated with fat so that the cake does not stick to the bottom and walls of the mold. The form for baking should be filled with 2/3, so that the paska in the curing process does not take on an undefined shape due to the fact that growing, it will simply fall to the edges of the mold.
Stuffed dough should be smeared with egg yolk so that the top was glossy, as it were.

Further cooking of the paste occurs in the oven at a temperature of 220-250 degrees.
Finished muffins spread in a large bowl and cover with a towel so that they do not cool down very quickly.

The following passe recipe is as simple as that. So, the necessary products: 1 liter of milk, 10 eggs, 3 cups of sugar, 200 grams of butter, 200 grams of margarine, 3 kilograms of flour and 180 grams of yeast.

Yeast and sugar stir well, add milk and melted butter and margarine. Separate yolks from whites and beat well, adding them to the same mass. All this is good to mix and leave for 40 minutes for the opara to come up.
The recipe for the pas must be observed with a ratio of proportions, if 3 kg for you a lot, then it is better to divide everything and bake half.

Next, add flour and mix for another 40 minutes, then add the raisins, vanillin and zest of lemon or orange.

To make the recipe of the paste does not seem too ordinary, I add a steamed poppy to the dough, this gives the baking an unusual taste and appearance.

The final stage of each recipe of the pask is the sprinkling of the festive cake with crushed walnut or a special pouring for the pasks. The festive dish should accordingly look like.
