  • Nutritional regimen and consumed beverages - half the daily moisture rate can be obtained from food, whereas tea or coffee has a diuretic effect and contributes to dehydration.
  • Lifestyle - in sports or heavy physical activity, the body loses more moisture. It is also known that the body of a nursing mother a day loses 1.5 times more water and calories than the body of an ordinary person.
