The film "Officers": actors and roles
In the film "Officers" the actors tell the viewer the story of several generations of the Trofimov family who devoted their lives to serving the Motherland. Officers from the Trofimov family fought in all wars, which only happened on the territory of the Soviet Union, since the 1920s. And ending with the 60th-20th century. The fates of the main characters are sometimes tragic, but each of them knew what he was doing to sacrifice. Who acted in this film and why did it touch the hearts of the audience?
The creators of the film. Short story
Originally the film was to be dedicated to the fate of officer wives. But the script writer Cyril Rapoport in the process of work was able to create something more: a scenario of an epic picture that tells about the life of the Soviet military in general and the general. True, this story was too believable: for example, the main characters had to go through Stalin's camps and were released only before the Great Patriotic War. But the artistic council demanded the removal of these scenes from the script and many others. Rapoport refused to do this, then rewritten the script instructed Boris Vasilyev.
In the film "Officers" actors were also selected in an atmosphere of heated debate and debate. Khudsovet demanded that the main role was entrusted to George Yumatov, and director Vladimir Rogovoy was against, as the artist did not conceal his predilection for alcohol.
Nevertheless, the film "Officers" turned out to be sincere - actors and roles have deeply sunk the viewer into the soul. And for that there are objective reasons.
"Officers": actors and roles. George Yumatov
The picture "Officers" turned out to be so realistic and touching, because many of the crew, including the actors themselves, went through the Great Patriotic War and knew about the war not by hearsay. For example, Boris Vasiliev, who was instructed to finalize the script for the film, served in the fighter battalion, director Vladimir Rogovoy served in the 18th Infantry Division.
George Yumatov played in the "Officers" one of the main roles - Alexei Trofimov, who during the Civil War began as a simple Red Army man, then passed the Russo-Chinese, Spanish and Great Patriotic War. Whatever difficulties arise on the way of Trofimov, he did not leave the service and continued to remain faithful to his profession.
"Officers" (1971): actors and roles. Alina Pokrovskaya
Actress Alina Pokrovskaya in the film played the role of Alexei Trofimov's wife - Lyuba. Lubov Andreevna follows her husband everywhere and is not afraid of difficulties: she huddles with him in barracks on the Central Asian front, gives birth to her husband in marital conditions, and then supports him in every possible way. Thanks to the endurance of Love, their marriage is preserved until old age, despite the death of his son and many wars.
Actress Alina Pokrovskaya met the war with a little girl and was not a member of the fighting. But she played well the role of the officer's wife Lyubov Andreevna. After the "Officers" actress rarely acted: in her filmography only 12 paintings.
Vasily Lanovoy in the role of Ivan Varavvy
In the film "Officers" actors were selected very well-known. That's Vasily Lanovoy - the performer of the role of Barabbas - on the set of the film was already a star of Soviet cinema. In the arsenal of Lanovoy there were notable roles in the paintings "Scarlet Sails", "War and Peace", "Anna Karenina", "Love Yarovaya". After the "Officers", the actor starred in the films "Seventeen Moments of Spring", "Days of the Turbins", "Black Square", "The Maiden-Peasant Woman" and "The Knight's Novel."
The character of Lanovoy in "Officers" is a close friend of the main character - Alexei Trofimov. They first get acquainted when they serve on the Central Asian front in the 1920s. Then their fates periodically diverge and reconnect. But separation does not weaken their friendship, but, on the contrary, time makes it only stronger. Having passed all wars, Barabbas and Trofimov are already met by the elderly in the 60s. Barabbas learns that Trofimov's grandson is named in his honor by Ivan.
Andrei Anisimov and Alexander Voevodin as Egor
Lyuba and Alexei Trofimov still in the 20's. A boy is born, whom they call Yegor in honor of the deceased commander of their detachment.
Yegor spends his childhood in the city, attending an ordinary school. By a teenager he falls in love with a neighbor - Masha Belkin. Young people want to get married, but the Second World War begins. Egor goes to the front, not even suspecting that his bride is pregnant. He serves in the tank troops. At the height of the war the Trofimov's son perishes.
The role of Egor was performed by two actors. Andrei Anisimov played the Trofimov's son as a child. It was his only role in the movie.
In the film "Officers" actors and roles make an unforgettable impression on the viewer when viewing. Cheerful Egor as a character evokes sympathy, because the young man had to leave early life. But the end of the film can still be considered positive, because the elderly Trofimovs left the son of his grandson Ivan.

According to the plot, Masha is friends with the son Trofimov - Yegor. The Trofimov family treats the girl well. Having become older, Yegor and Masha are going to get married, but the war begins. In 1943, Masha gives birth to a son from Yegor. Because of her baby, she is not allowed to go to the front. Then the girl leaves the baby to his grandmother - Lyubov Trofimova, and she goes to war and soon dies.
