White Tea, Tea Flower

Good day, dear reader. Today I want to tell you about the manufacture, as well as some features of white tea. This drink, which is not too popular in our country, as well as in European countries, has gained wide popularity in the countries of southeast Asia. In China, for example, this delightful medicinal drink is generally elevated to the rank of cult objects, which fundamentally influenced the history of the country, already rich in cultural and in some cases immoral events. The thing is that white tea is widely used in tea ceremonies, common in Asian countries. The tradition of the tea ceremony originated in these countries for many years and even centuries ago. But about this in another article. And now we turn to the production of white tea.

In the production process, white tea, if it is a premium tea, must undergo very few processing steps. There are only two such degrees. The first of these is mandatory - it is withering of a tea leaf, followed by the drying of the tea leaf, and drying of the main constituent of this tea - tips. In this process, the production of high-grade white tea should be stopped.

If we compare white tea with a seemingly stronger green tea, which, by the way, is very close in taste and production characteristics, then we can confidently say that white tea has a degree of oxidation of the tea leaves much higher, and this one Of the main indicators of tea quality. The degree of oxidation of white tea can reach 12%. Agree, this is not so little. It is preferable to use porcelain kettles for brewing white tea. Remember, we used them to brew all of our favorite black tea. Of course, they will give us a more intense flavor. And in the case of white tea, it is simply necessary, because its taste is not as pronounced as, for example, green, similar to white in production, tea.

By the way, it's time to talk about the taste of white tea. Necessarily white tea should have sweet, in some cases, even sugary sweet taste. Of course, after brewing the teapot must be thoroughly rinsed from the tea leaves and the remains of white tea. Otherwise, after everything you brew in this teapot will be sweet. After white tea, the mouth remains very pleasant aftertaste. It is as weak as the taste of this tea itself. Because of its sweet qualities, it is often confused or even called floral. In fact, this is not so, white tea is prepared from young leaves of a tea bush, as well as young unblocked buds of tea - tipsy. And of course, adding sugar is not recommended in such tea.
