What Are the Questions at the Interview Put the Competitor Into the Deadlock?

In order to find a good, highly paid and interesting work, it is necessary to work hard. First of all, this concerns the search for free vacancies, after which if any of them are attracted, it is time to write and send the resume, and then - a personal interview with the employer. In most cases, everything can end already at the second stage, since often resumes competitors are poor. However, if you were invited to an interview, it is still more serious - the interview questions sometimes look like a real interrogation.

How to behave

Going to the interview, you should remember a few rules of behavior. It is known that the impression of the candidate is formed in the person conducting the interview in the first few minutes, so you need:

- Sit evenly, without squeezing or crossing your legs. To the interviewer, the employer or the manager of the recruitment agency should turn around the whole body, not just the person;

- Listen to the end of all questions at the interview. It is inadmissible to interrupt a person who asks questions;

- speak in a steady voice, confidently, but not loudly. With self-confidence, the applicant has all the chances that the issue of getting a job can be resolved positively.

What are interviewers interested in?

What questions are asked in an interview for a person who is applying for a particular position? The list is incredibly wide. The employer may be interested in any specific issues, or he will simply go through the data listed in the resume. Perhaps the applicant will be offered psychological or other tests. All this is at the discretion of the employer or the recruiting agent. But there is also a definite list of questions that are always asked by everyone, so it is important to prepare carefully for the interview preparation. So, the questions at the interview:

The main question is "Tell us a little about yourself." Surprisingly, it is the request to describe your personality in a few words, often puts the applicant at a dead end. In no case can you refer to a resume in which "everything is written", it is better to prepare a short (for 2-3 minutes) story, which focuses on professional skills and work experience. The answer to this question will immediately allow the employer to pay attention to some traits of the applicant's character, his desire and readiness to take the desired position, and also the degree of his compliance with the claim.

A very important question is "How do you feel about life?" What it looks like to the competitor, what he notes difficulties, how he copes with difficult situations. In the answer it is not necessary to say many words about the injustice of life, about the ill-will of others or about the problems that lie in wait for each step. An active person, aimed at success, who knows how to enjoy life - it is this candidate who is likely to get the desired job.

The question is insidious - "Why do you want to get a job in this position?" Do you know what are the key questions at the interview? It is this one, about the desire to get a specific position. The employer does not want to hear battered answers about the prospects of growth or interesting work. It is best for the applicant to declare that he wants to fully demonstrate his experience and qualifications, while receiving the maximum return.

Another insidious question is "the existence of an advantage over other candidates". When answering it, you must clearly list your achievements, some points of experience, all the advantages, without going deep, however, in these characteristics.

The best evidence of professionalism is facts, not words. If the applicant will remember this postulate, then questions at the interview will not scare him, and the first interview will be the first step to a great career.
