If the next holiday is ahead and you want to cook something unusual, then it's time to use fish, for example, pike perch. Any hostess knows that there are a lot of recipes with which you can create an unusually tasty fish dish. In this article you will find very simple ways of making pike perch, which will make it possible to hastily make a tasty and beautiful dinner.

Pike perch in batter
Let's start with the recipe, in which we'll tell you how to cook zander in batter. To do this, small pieces of fish fillets should be marinated: add salt and pepper, sliced greens, squeeze out the lemon juice. Then mix everything, cover the top with a lid and wait 20-25 minutes. This time will be enough for cooking batter.

To cook the dessert, take a few eggs and separate the proteins from the yolks. Mix the separated yolk with kefir or fermented baked milk (for 4 yolks - a glass of fermented milk product). To the resulting mixture, add a pinch of salt and sugar, then mix until a uniform mass is formed. Stirring should be accompanied by the addition of flour to make a batter. The clay will be finished after the addition of well-beaten proteins to the mixture. Now, in order to deliciously cook pike-perch, you only need to fry pieces of marinated fillet on the vegetable oil, which are previously dipped in batter.

Since there are many ways to prepare pike-perch, so we will describe several recipes for cooking dishes in the oven. It should be noted that these recipes are also extremely simple and do not take a lot of time. In the meantime, the dish will be cooked in the oven, you can do other things.

Pike perch in sour cream
To taste delicious pike-perch, take its fillets and cut it into small pieces, which are then sprinkled with salt and seasoning for fish. While the fish is marinated, cut the onions with rings.

Before you prepare pike-perch in the oven, prepare a roasting dish. To do this, lubricate the bottom with vegetable oil. Then put half of the onions cut into rings, cover it with a layer of fish fillet, and use the second half of onions as the last layer. At the end of preparation pour all the sour cream and put in the oven, preheated to 200 C. The dish can be served to the table after 30 minutes.

Pike perch with cheese
If you want to learn another recipe how to cook pike perch, then start by cutting the fillet and preparing it for further processing, as described in the previous case. Leave to be infused, but for now, make cheese sauce and vegetables. Onions and tomatoes cut into thin rings. Cheese sauce is prepared in the usual way: mix finely grated cheese and mayonnaise.

Turn on the oven for warming up (180 ° C). After that, grease the baking dish with vegetable oil, lay the layers of pike perch fillets, onion rings, tomatoes, respectively. Then pour all the cheese sauce. Now you know how to cook zander in the oven in just 25 minutes.

Minced baked pike perch
Peel the onion and roll it along with the fillet of pike perch in the meat grinder. To make mincemeat more gentle, scroll it two times. After that, add finely grated cheese, butter and, of course, salt and pepper. Experienced cooks know how to cook pike perch correctly, so stir the mince with your hands.

The resulting mass is divided into two parts, the first of which is laid on the bottom of the baking dish. Then lay the finely chopped greens, which is covered with the remaining minced meat. The pan is put in a preheated oven and waited for 25-30 minutes.
