Similarly we do the right side. Then between the first points, and then between the first and second from the right and left, draw the semicircles and cut them out, the resulting edges are processed. Now we sew segments between the first and second points (these will be the shoulders) and from the third mark to the edge of the material. And then make two more seams on the long sides of the rectangle.

Begin to sew from the hem, not reaching the edge with marks of 15 cm, in these holes will be hand-woven. So, the product is ready. Remains only to decorate at will and reinforce with a girdle at the waist. Wearing is better with high shoes.
