How sometimes you want to pamper your loved ones with something not quite ordinary and tasty! And what if you cook a roll of puff pastry? You can make it sweet, you can meat or fish. Here everything depends on the imagination of the hostess and the availability of food in the refrigerator. And what recipes can be made?

Before you prepare a roll of puff pastry, you need to determine the test. It will be purchased or homemade. If the second option is selected, then it is possible to prepare the puff pastry by the following recipe:

In half a glass of water, dissolve half a small spoonful of sugar and a whole small spoonful of salt. Pour the contents into a bowl, add to the water two glasses of flour. Knead the dough.

Melt half a pack of butter.

Now divide the dough into two approximately equal parts. Pour the flour onto the table, lay out one part of the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin, giving the layer an oval shape. Try to make the dough as thin as possible, grease it with prepared melted butter. Now put the rolling pin on the edge of the layer and roll the dough around it like a roll. Try to do it more tightly. Get a rolling pin, wrapped in a dough. Cut the dough along the rolling pin. We get the square layers lying on top of each other. With the second piece of dough do the same. As a result, add all the resulting squares in a pile, put them in a cellophane bag and send it to the refrigerator for an hour.

It will take 0.5 kg of puff pastry. Divide it into three parts, roll them to a rectangular shape.

Filling. Bulb to chop and fry in vegetable oil. In a separate bowl, chop 200 grams of already boiled chicken fillet, 50 grams of grated cheese, a couple cloves of garlic, a little parsley and dill. Add a spoonful of mayonnaise, salt, pepper and mix the ingredients of the filling.

Distribute the filling over the dough strips, moisten the edges with water and roll up the roll. Each roll of puff pastry can be topped with mayonnaise and sprinkled with sesame seeds. Put the seam on the baking tray and bake for 25 minutes.

Filling. Cut into small cubes one apple, a couple of bananas, three peaches, with a dozen berries of sweet cherry. All the mix, nothing to refuel is not necessary. Now put the filling in the middle of the dough. In the roll do not fold, just wrap it first with one hand, then with the other. The edges should be tightly closed so that during the baking process the roll does not turn around, and the fruit juice does not flow out.

Put the roll on a baking tray, grease it with a beaten egg and put it in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Preheat the frying pan with any oil, put a chopped onion into it and two chopped tomatoes (remove the skin first). Add salt, seasonings. Stew until sauce. After let to cool slightly and lubricate the mixture with the rolled out dough, slightly short of the edges.

Now fry 400 grams of any fresh mushrooms, you can use frozen champignons. Add salt, add a little pepper. Put the mushrooms on the sauce. Cut very finely a few cloves of garlic and sprinkle the mushrooms already laid on the dough.

In 300 grams of minced meat add spices, break the egg and mix. Put the minced meat on the mushrooms. And sprinkle on top of it 150 grams of grated cheese of hard varieties.

Gently wrap the roll, fixing the edges so that they do not unwind. Put on a baking sheet, top with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Now you can send a meatloaf to bake in the oven for about 40 minutes. Ready-made rolls can be served both cold and hot.
