Vladimir Loginov: career history of the Russian defender

With the advent of a serious age at sports standards, hockey players find it increasingly difficult to find a worthy club for their career. One of the Russians, who still can not find a new team for a year and a half, is Vladimir Loginov. Behind the defender almost 300 matches in the championship of Russia, but since 2015, he is a free agent.

At the start of the road to success

Loginov Vladimir Vyacheslavovich was born on January 1, 1981 in the city of Odintsovo, Moscow region. As a child, his father brought him to the sports section, where the future professional immediately fell in love with hockey. Wishing to become a professional hockey player, soon Vladimir moved to the school of the club "Wings of the Soviets", in the youth structure of which he made his debut at the age of 18.

Already in his first season for the "wings" Vladimir Loginov was able to approach the main cage and play 11 matches in the Russian Major League, gaining one point per goal and transfer. A successful start contributed to a regular appearance on the ice in the following championships, and in 2001, despite all the same two points of productivity for 24 games, Loginov became one of the accomplices of the club's exit to the Super League.

And immediately, "Wings of the Soviets" managed to gain a foothold in the Russian elite, and the whole team received a colossal experience of performances, having shown an excellent result - 8th place and an exit to the quarterfinals of the playoffs. He put his hand to this success and Vladimir Loginov - the hockey player spent the whole season in the framework of the game, taking part also in several games of the second team. However, to consolidate the success of the "wings" failed - following the results of the 2002/03 championship, the Muscovites were in the relegation zone, finishing last and leaving the Super League.

The class of the game, which Vladimir Loginov showed, could easily allow him to play in the clubs of the main championship of the country, and the next season the defender decided to change the team. Accept the talented player gladly agreed to "Salavat Yulaev."

Career peak

As part of the Ufa club, Vladimir Loginov quickly became one of the components of a successful game in the defense, and for the first season he spent 46 meetings on the ice, showing a good performance of 6 points. However, in general, the team showed average results.

According to the results of all three seasons, held in the "Salavat Yulaev", the best achievement was the 7th place in the 2005/06 season, with the ending of the Loginov championship was already part of the capital's "Dynamo". "White-blue" Vladimir did not approach, and at the beginning of the next championship defender was forced to look for another club.

A new place of work, Vladimir Loginov chose Novosibirsk "Siberia", and in the first season showed a mistake in the capital, "Dinamo", who refused the player. For 45 matches of the regular championship, the defender earned 16 points, contributing to the fifth place in the standings and the exit of Novosibirsk in the playoffs. But to consolidate the success of "Siberia" could not - despite the newly demonstrated good indicators Loginova, the team was in the basement of the championship, taking 19th place.

As a result, Vladimir was forced again to change the team, trying to achieve success in the KHL, and went to the capital's "Spartacus" for one season. But after taking 9th place and flying to the playoffs already in the second round, the defender returned to Novosibirsk, where he was still in demand due to the bad results of the club. Help Loginov could not help Siberia - having played the whole season, Vladimir again became an outsider player - the Siberian club finished the championship of the 20th. Championship 2010/11 defender started in the "Ugra", but finish it in Khanty-Mansiysk, he did not manage.

Loud Goodbye Shot

Not finding himself in a number of clubs KHL, in 2011, Vladimir was in Novokuznetsk. One of the outsiders of the league needed experienced players and counted on the already 30-year-old Russian. And the only full season spent for Metallurg allowed Loginov to demonstrate that it's too early to write off - having won all 54 matches, Vladimir scored 13 points, thanks to which the team showed the best result in the history of the performance in the KHL - 17th Place (which is the best indicator so far).

As a result, powerfully starting and in the next season, in early 2013 Loginova signed the Amur. Khabarovsk residents a year earlier also were able to shoot in the championship, taking the final 12th place, and, trying to develop success, invited an experienced veteran to himself. But even 11 points defender did not save the club - "Cupid" was only 25th. However, the hockey player decided not to part with him, signing a new two-year contract with him. Having played one more whole season, in 2014 Loginov got a serious injury and was operated on, because of what he missed the rest of the championship.

Upon completion of the contract with HC Amur, Vladimir tried to find a new club, but there were no volunteers from the side of the KHL. The Russian rarely talked with journalists, and also did not appear in public, because of what about his plans, family and the type of current employment, almost nothing is known.
