Vegetarian Okroshka on kvass

  • Three potatoes and one carrot cook until cooked in hot water, without removing the vegetables from the peel.

  • Three fresh cucumbers.
  • Six fresh radishes.
  • Four boiled potatoes.
  • 150 grams of Adyghe cheese (if desired, it can be replaced with a panier or tofu).
  • Parsley and dill.
  • 159 grams of soy sausage.

When the base for okroshki is ready, fill it with kvass, kefir or whey. Add to taste grated horseradish or mustard, as well as salt and pepper. Put the pan in the refrigerator for at least one hour, and then serve a delicious treat to the table.

Okroshka on mineral water and yogurt
