Beef stew with prunes

Beef stew with gravy

Ingredients: beef (half a kilo), onion (head), carrots, ground pepper, flour (≈ 20 g), pinch of salt, sour cream, tomato paste (20 g).

Cooking method:

In small pieces cut the beef, put in a saucepan, and pour the water so that its level was above the level of meat by about 3 cm. Put on fire. When foam appears, clean it with a spoon. Finely chop the onions, grate the carrots on a grater. Put the vegetables, as well as tomato paste, sour cream and bay leaf in a saucepan with meat. Stew for about an hour and a half. Fry the flour, dilute in water and, for 5 minutes before the meat is ready, pour into a saucepan with a thin trickle, add salt and pepper.

Beef stew with tomatoes and potatoes

Ingredients: kg of beef, onions (3 heads), garlic (head), tomato, potatoes (7 pcs.), Pinch of salt, ground pepper, butter (≈ 85 g), hard cheese (≈ 100 g), mayonnaise (≈ 150 g).

Cooking method:

Sliced beef, and tomato and onion cubes. We peel the garlic and chop the half of the head with a knife. Cut the ingredients into a saucepan, sprinkle with pepper and salt. All carefully mix and marinate for half an hour.
