The best addition to each dish is bread. It will be a black, gray or just a dairy loaf - the main dish will only benefit. But sometimes this simplicity and routine get a bit boring. More often it happens in the spring, when there is practically no reserve of vitamins in the body, and you want to eat something fresh, useful and, in addition, delicious. Therefore, we offer original toasts with garlic, the recipe of which will be given below.

To get a good snack, you need to choose not a fresh bakery product, and yesterday, or even better - the day before yesterday. Then all the moisture that is contained in the fresh test, evaporated, and there will be only a good crumb from which you can create culinary masterpieces, for example, toast with garlic. The recipe is original and simple.

So, how to cook croutons with garlic? For this we need the following ingredients:

  1. A loaf of bread, preferably black. If there is none, then you can use gray, but here the above mentioned advice is especially important. The loaf is not very well combined with garlic, it is better to use for crackers or casseroles;
  2. Vegetable oil;
  3. Garlic - one head;
  4. Green parsley.

To make the appetizer look rather original and unusual for an amateur, you need to cut bread with interesting pieces. To do this, it is necessary to cut off all the crusts and leave only the core. The crust is fried too quickly, and becomes dry and tasteless, so it is better not to use it at all.
