If you are not engaged in fishing, then such a product should be purchased in a store or in a market where very often fishing fans exhibit their trophies for sale. However, when buying this product, it is recommended to make sure that the crucian is as fresh as possible.

Necessary ingredients for the dish:

  • Powdered paprika - 1 dessert full spoon;
  • Fresh greens (leeks, parsley, dill) - one small bundle;
  • Freshly caught crucian - 6-8 pcs. (Can be more or less);
  • Salt fine sea - 1,3-2 dessert spoons (add to the fish to taste);
  • Odorless vegetable oil - 125 ml (for frying the dish);
  • Flour sifted wheat - 1,4 faceted glasses ;
  • Lemon large ripe - 1 piece;
  • Sweet pepper black - a couple of small pinches.

Usually, in order to prepare a dish of "fried crucian carp", the marinade is not used. But we will carry out this procedure, since with her dish will turn out more juicy and tasty. To do this, the processed fish should be fully squeezed juice from 1 large lemon, sprinkle fine sea salt, a couple of pinch of sweet pepper, as well as chopped leeks, parsley and dill. To do this, you need to take a large sauté pan, pour in it the vegetable oil without a smell (to cover the surface of the dishes by 1 centimeter), and then strongly heat it until a light haze appears. After that, each soaked fish should be dipped from both sides in the sifted flour, where the powdered paprika was previously poured. Then the product should be put in hot oil, and after two minutes of frying, reduce the heat to the minimum value and cook in this position until the appearance of a golden and crisp. The same thing needs to be done on the other side of the fish.

How to serve to the table correctly

Fried fish, crucian carp with proper heat treatment should turn out to be crispy and very tasty. It is desirable to present such a quick dish in the preparation of the family together with fatty sour cream, tomato sauce or some garnish (for example, with pasta, mashed potatoes or boiled croutons). However, it should be noted that some cooks prefer to use this product without additional ingredients.
