Healing properties of dogrose are known to people from time immemorial. Even during the Middle Ages, decoctions of its fruits were used after wounds, severe illnesses and simply to strengthen the body.

Such a diverse composition contributes to the normalization of metabolism in the body and favorably affects the work of many of its systems.

The use of dog rose as a multivitamin drug is expressed in its general strengthening and toning effect. The use of beverages prepared on its basis stimulates the work of the gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, liver and gonads, promotes vascular strengthening and increases the body's resistance. Due to its choleretic action, the dog rose is used to improve the gallbladder. When you use the fruits of this plant in the spring, you do not have to worry about such a common problem as beriberi.

The simplest method is as follows: one tablespoon of well-washed and dried fruit is poured into the thermos, poured with boiling water (two glasses) and infused for 12 hours. It is best to do this simple operation in the evening, so that the morning can begin with a pleasant and healthy drink, replacing them with a traditional mug of tea or coffee.

With regular use, the benefit of dog rose will manifest itself in improving the well-being and strengthening the whole body. The resistance to stress and widespread infections, including colds, will increase due to the high concentration of vitamin C. And, as a result, the mood will noticeably improve.
