Beef tongue is cooked for about three hours, during cooking, pepper peas and a bay leaf are added. It is impossible not to digest the product, because in this case it will turn out to be tough. The tongue of boiled beef is ready when it is easily pierced with a knife. To remove the inedible top layer, you should lower the tongue of beef for ten minutes in cold water. The benefits of such a product in combination with other products is obvious. Therefore, there are many recipes for various vitamin salads. With regard to vitamin salads, it is extremely useful is an easy-to-prepare salad, which uses the tongue of boiled beef and radish. To cook it, you need 180 grams of boiled tongue, one large radish, one red onion, greens, salt and spices to taste. Radish should be rubbed on a large grater and let stand, until the juice is extracted, which must be drained. Boiled tongue cut into thin strips, onion half rings, and chop the greens finely. All the ingredients are mixed, leaving a small amount of chopped green for decoration. For filling, you can use olive or sesame oil. The original taste of this salad is that one of its ingredients is the beef tongue. The use of this dish is enhanced by vitamin-containing vegetables and herbs. In particular, radish contains many useful essential oils and various vitamins.

The most common dish, especially on festive tables, is the jellied tongue. It is suitable for both pork and beef tongue. The benefits and useful properties of pork are the same, so often many recipes do not specify which language should be used to prepare the dish. To prepare a jellied, three cups of broth must be filtered and dissolved in it 25 grams of gelatin. Next, drain it again and pour half into a shallow, small salad bowl. After that, it is necessary to put the broth in the cold before the formation of jelly, and then gently lay the cut tongue, egg, boiled carrots, greens and green peas on top. Gulf the dish on top of the remains of the broth again, put it in a cold place until it freezes. The jellied tongue adorns the festive table very much, and it can be served either in a salad bowl or, turning it over another dish, after lowering the bottom of the mold for several minutes into hot water.
