Ingredients: 2 cups of water, 20 g of yeast, flour, 50 g of butter, minced meat, 1 onion, salt, sugar, pepper.

Ingredients: 200 grams of margarine, 1.5 cups kefir, 2 eggs, 4-5 glasses of flour, salt, soda. Meat of beef and pork, onion, pepper, salt.

Preparation: frozen margarine rubbed on a grater and mixed with flour. Add the beaten eggs, kefir, salt to taste, soda (without vinegar extinguishing) and knead the dough. Put it in a plastic bag for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

We prepare the forcemeat: we pass through a meat grinder one part of pork, two parts of a beef and a head of onions. Drive in the egg and add a small amount of water, salt and pepper to taste.
