The prison "Black dolphin". One way path

The resort town of Sol-Iletsk, which is near Orenburg, is known not only for its saline healing lakes, but also for the convicts for life. The prison "Black Dolphin", where almost half of all Russian pardoned suicide bombers are now: serial killers, terrorists, maniacs, is the largest specialized agency of the special regime in the Russian Federation.

Since 2000, officially the colony is called FKK IK No. 6. History of its formation goes back to the past - in the XVIII century. In 1756, the tsarist government signed a decree on sending exiled convicts to work. Iletsky Protection began to bring prisoners to carry out salt fishing. On the site of the fortress in 1824, the castle-prison was built to keep the prisoners. Then there was a prison cell (since 1894), later it became a transit prison (since 1905). Even later (in 1917), a concentration camp was established , which existed until 1942. Then Sol-Iletskaya prison was subordinated to the NKVD (since 1942), the Ministry of Internal Affairs (since 1953). In 1965, she was redeployed to a colony to keep criminals with tuberculosis. The re-subordination of the institution to the Ministry of Justice of Russia in 1998 was marked by the appropriation of a new name - YuK-25/6.

In 2000, the special contingent and the form of the regime were changed - the colony was intended for the maintenance of "lifers". For this purpose, a large-scale reconstruction was carried out here: they equipped new cameras, installed tracking systems, and built additional roadblocks. Now the protection of prisoners is brought to perfection.

Why is the informal name of the colony "Black Dolphin"? The prison (photo presented in the article) became so called due to the standing in the courtyard sculpture of the black dolphin. However, the prisoners did not see her - they only move around the street in bandages before the eyes. The reasons for the withdrawal from the regime body are only two - for an hour's walk or work. All movements outside the cell occur in handcuffs. In the prayer room the left hand of the prisoners is fastened, and the right is allowed to be baptized. They take off handcuffs only during washing in the shower, but convicts are washed behind bars.

The prison "Black Dolphin" has its own production - prisoners work in the shoe and sewing shops. The thieves' laws do not work here - in the same cell as a member of a criminal gang there is a former representative of law enforcement agencies, with a terrorist - a rapist. The cameras are cleaned on their own, those who boycott the requirements are placed in the isolation ward. In the daytime it is forbidden to sleep and lie on the bed. You can sit on a stool or walk back and forth. You can not talk loudly, sing or make noise, but you can listen to the radio for half an hour a day.

Literally, the convicted prison "Black Dolphin" is trained. But the staff of the colony honestly warned that they might not return home, because no one knows what the prisoners have in mind - they have nothing to lose. Many are on a mental tab. Physicians say that during their stay in a correctional institution of this regime, prisoners undergo several stages of getting used to the conditions. First, they learn the laws and orders of the prison world, then the psychological state stabilizes, and they become "robots" that follow unquestioningly any instructions. In the future comes either humility and complete renunciation of what is happening, or physical and mental fading due to internal resistance.

We can say that the prison "Black Dolphin" is a one-way road, there is no way back for "life-members". Of course, all of them dream that after serving 25 years, they will be able to go on UDO. Theoretically, this is possible, but in practice, no one has ever succeeded. The strictest regime of maintenance, infectious diseases, meager food - to last a quarter of a century in such conditions is simply unrealistic. Therefore, the convicts quickly liberate their places for new inhabitants. The prison "Black Dolphin" does not give a chance to survive, and those who are in its walls now, are also struck from the lists of the living.
