Stewed pike in the oven
You will need ingredients: fish weighing about one and a half kilograms, celery root, parsley root , carrots, bay leaves, black pepper, a packet of butter, water, flour. Rinse and gut the pike, cut it into pieces of medium size. Take a baking dish, oil it, lay the peeled and finely chopped vegetables and roots on the bottom. At the top, place the fish, sliced butter and spices. Make a viscous dough of flour with water, cover the form with a lid and cover with dough. Put it in the oven for thirty minutes. Alternatively, you can prepare fish for this recipe in serving pots. Dough in this case will serve as a kind of lid. If you do not have time or desire to mess around with it, use plain foil.
Aromatic pike in the oven

You will need fish, a few bulbs, a pound of mushrooms, a packet of butter, a package of sour cream, lemon juice. Rinse and divide the fish into portions, dry and chop with salt, pepper.
