For some people, the fasting table is not only an attribute of their faith, but also of everyday life, because our health depends on what we eat. And in fasting days the body receives additional discharge, because it turns to healthy and healthy food.

Almost everyone knows that there are four great posts that begin before the big holidays, for example, Christmas or Easter. But not everyone knows what a festive table looks like . It must be said that on such days it is allowed to eat raw or cooked vegetable food, adding butter at will, as well as fish, crabs, crayfish, that is, bloodless animals (only two days a week).
