The film "Station for Two": actors, roles

One of the best films of Eldar Ryazanov is the lyrical comedy "Station for Two". Actors who played in this outstanding film, represent a harmonious, unusually bright ensemble.

History of creation

His best scripts Ryazanov created in co-authorship with Emil Braginsky. Together, these outstanding filmmakers in 1982 and wrote a story, which was removed "Station for two." The actors who performed the main roles - Lyudmila Gurchenko and Oleg Basilashvili. According to the scenario, the young actress was supposed to play the main role. But Ryazanov at the last moment invited Gurchenko. For her, the role had to be completely rewritten.

"Station for Two", the actors of which recreated on the screen the tragic story of two mature and lonely people, was created on the basis of real events. Once famous composer Tariverdiev was in love with actress Maksakov. They got into an affair. The actress once, being behind the wheel of a car that belonged to her lover, knocked down a man to death. Tariverdiev was brought to court. Maksakova even years later denied involvement in this case. Avoid the conclusion of the composer was only thanks to amnesty.

Musician and waitress

Thus, the writers, using the story that once happened in real life, created the plot extremely touching and romantic. What is the picture "Station for two"?

Actors in the first episodes play people who are in sharp antipathy for each other. Gurchenko appears before the audience as a shabalka, a typical employee of the Soviet public catering. Basilashvili also plays the role of a sleek, arrogant and slightly hysterical Muscovite.

At the station cafe, people from different worlds meet. Could there be anything in common between a waitress living on a tip and a pianist traveling around the world with concerts? Completely. At least, the creators of the movie "Station for Two" believed in this.

Actors and roles

As the plot develops, the images of the main characters are revealed. Faith is far from being a bitch, but, on the contrary, a kind, but lonely and unhappy woman. Plato is not a spoiled capitalist, but a person who can sacrifice for the sake of another. He takes the wife's guilt upon himself. Plato does not hold evil against her, even though her husband betrays him.

The role of the former beloved Vera, an enterprising conductor, was performed by Nikita Mikhalkov. The actors of the film "Station for Two" created a whole collection of bright images. In this case, even the main characters of the picture are not exclusively positive characters. These are ordinary people with their shortcomings and weaknesses. And that is why Ryazanov's picture was so fond of the audience. And the replica of her heroes broke up into quotes.

Secondary roles

Nonna Mordyukova in the film played a heroine, the absence of which would not have affected the plot. However, its role is perhaps the brightest. Mikhail Kononov embodied the image of a local policeman - Nikolas. Tatiana Dogileva and Anastasia Voznesenskaya became heroes. As for participation in the filming of an outstanding actress Olga Volkova, the image of the waitress Violetta once again proved that there are no small roles.

The most romantic episode in the film, perhaps, is the one where the hero of Basilashvili for Vera arranges a small concert, thereby earning a dinner in a restaurant. This scene, by the way, would become quite sugary and sugary, if not for humor. And Alexander Shirvindt helps in this - he appears in the plot for a short while and plays the role of restaurant musician, with an imperturbable face performing popular hits for a drunk audience.

"You're going well, only very slowly ..."

It is worth saying a few words about the final scene of the film. Vera comes to meet with Plato in the colony. In fact, in Soviet times, the penalty for a fatal crash was not as severe as it is today. Prisoners for such a crime were sent to a colony-settlement. However, if the writers took this fact into account, they would not have created such a soulful epilogue.

In the morning, after the long-awaited meeting, Vera with all her might drives her runner along the frosty road, the belated lover, because a missed roll call equals an escape. But there is no longer any strength, and the delay is inevitable. And the woman comes up with the idea that Plato should play. He takes the accordion in his hands and performs the composition on the motif of the song "We Live Something Without Excitement". The hero was heard, he is saved, and the spectator looks at the ever-diminishing figure of a man playing in the white plain.
