9. The specialist fixes the workpiece in the cartridge.

10. It also sets the switch to the "By program" mode.

11. Begins to process the first workpiece.

12. The manufactured part is measured, corrections are made to the corrector-switches.

13. The workpiece is processed in the "By program" mode again.

14. Measurements of the finished part are made.

And before the operator of CNC machines starts working, the mode switch on the device's console is set to the "Automatic" position. This completes the process of setting up the machine.

Regular maintenance of this specialist includes replacement of oils, cleaning of the working area, lubrication of the cartridge, checking the hydraulics and pneumatics of the machine, as well as the precision parameters of the equipment.

Before you start, the operator of CNC machines must:

1. Carry out a check of the working capacity of the machine with the help of a special test program laid in the equipment. Ensure the supply of lubricating oil, the presence of oil in the hydraulic system and in the limiting stops.

2. The operator of CNC machine tools checks the reliability of fastening of tools and tools, whether the workpiece corresponds to this technological process. It measures the deviations from the accuracy of the zero setting on the machine, the difference in deviations for each given coordinate, and the tool run in the machine spindle itself.

3. Then the machine is switched on. You must install and fix the workpiece, enter the program, fill the magnetic tape and punched tape in the reader, press the "Start" button.

4. After processing the first part, make measurements for compliance with the drawing.

CNC machines are reliable enough equipment to work without fail for many years. However, the human factor, leading to accidents, can not be overlooked. A machine operator and CNC machine operator with insufficient qualification can cause the failure of such machines.
