1. Using a thread and a needle.

2. Using velcro tape.
This method is very convenient when you often have to change the stripes.

3. Using hot melt.
Can be attached to both the finished product and the pattern. But for this it is necessary to have a thermal press. If you use only the iron, then the fastening will be short-lived.

How to sew a chevron

1. Manually.

2. Semi-machine way.
Another good advice is how to sew a chevron. To work, you will need the same tools as with the manual method. Only a sewing machine will be added to them. In a similar way, preliminary preparation of the chevron is carried out.
Next, we mark the beginning and end of the line with the help of chalk. We tie the chevron back. Then you should bend the patch and sew it by hand. With this method, the seam remains invisible.

3. In the machine way.
The tools are again the same. But during preparation, you should leave a little more tissue. 1-2 mm will be quite enough. These remaining millimeters and serve as a place for the seam, and, the seam should be zigzag. In this case, the useful part of the patch will be visible and not affected by the machine line.

But it can be attached to the fabric in other ways. If you use hot glue, then apply the iron very carefully and hold it until the glue is impregnating the fabric, and the patch will not stick to it. Using velcro tape, you can glue the strip as many times as you want, until the adhesive coating has lost all its properties. To do this, you just have to separate the protective strip and press the chevron to the fabric.

The choice of any method depends on what you want to get in the end, but all these effective options are great for fixing the chevron on clothes.
