Terms of appointment and amount of disability pension

Pensioners and people who have limited work opportunities living in Russia have the right to receive benefits designated by the government. Persons with disabilities are a special group of people who need help and care not only from the state, but also from other citizens of the country. On the part of the state, assistance to these persons is regulated by regulations and laws. These payments are assigned irrespective of when the disability occurred: before employment, during work or after the completion of work.

Conditions for obtaining

A disability pension according to the current legislation can be obtained by persons who have limited ability to work. Depending on the degree of limitation available, the first, second or third degree prescribed by the medical and social expertise is assigned. The first degree is appointed for two years, the second and third are appointed for one year. Depending on this, a certain amount of payments is established.

The order of appropriation is detailed in Government Decision No. 95. The following categories of citizens are recognized as disabled:

- Persons with unchanged impairment of body functions;

- Persons who have limited opportunities for partial or complete loss of function, unable to independently engage in work, communicate, move, learn, monitor behavior and need additional social protection measures.

Labor pension is appointed irrespective of length of service, but it is obligatory if it is available. Those persons who do not have insurance experience can receive social benefits, which are appointed no earlier than sixty years for men and fifty-five years for women.

The amount of the disability pension

For the first group, the allowance is set at a rate of one hundred percent of the old-age pension. The size of the disability pension for group 2 is ninety percent, and for group 3 it is only fifty percent.

Invalids of the first degree from April 1 can expect a fixed base payment in the amount of 6557.19 rubles, the second - 3278.59 rubles, the third - 1639.30 rubles. The full size of the pension is calculated using the formula: PKap / (T x K) + Baz, where PC is the calculated pension capital, T is the number of months of the planned period of pension payment, K is calculated as the standard length of the length of the insurance period divided by 180 months. By B is meant a fixed base amount of payments.

Social benefits for invalids from childhood of the first and second group, as well as the first group for people who do not have any work experience for obtaining a labor pension, will amount to 8,341.44 rubles, the second degree will make 4170.72 rubles, the third degree will amount to 3545.12 rubles . In the presence of dependents, the amount is significantly increased.

The amount of disability pension that was received due to illness during the service was increased for the first group to 10426.79 rubles, the second - 8341.43 rubles, the third - 6253.07 rubles.

Payments for invalids of war, that is, allowances for persons with disabilities that have occurred as a result of military trauma, if it is a consequence of concussion, injury, injury, first degree amounted to 12512.15 rubles, the second - 10426.79 rubles, the third - 7298.75 rubles. For the same reasons, payments are made for the rank and file of the ATS.

The disability payment for "Chernobyltsev" was: for the disabled of the first degree - 20853.61 rubles, the second - 10426.79 rubles. The size of the disability pension for group 3 of this category is 5213.4 rubles.

Terms of appointment

Benefits can be assigned only for the entire period of establishment of the relevant group. Women and men who have reached retirement age, benefits are only set for life and can not be lifted.

If the disability group was changed during the medical examination, then the new amount of the benefit will be paid from the moment the change comes in. If the degree of disability has been changed downwards, then by the end of the month the allowance is paid in accordance with the previous group.
