Simple salad

The most modest snack, which practically does not require ingredients: a salad of eggplant and eggs is made. With mayonnaise, naturally. Approximately one kilogram of the main component is cleaned (the main bitterness is contained in the peel), cut into strips, poured and left for half an hour. Then it is thoroughly washed, poured and dried, then it is mixed with two raw eggs and another hour stays in this pour. If you do not like too simple eggplant salad with egg and mayonnaise, the recipe is complicated and supplemented. "Blue" is processed in the same way as in the previous case. Fry on high heat so that they do not fall apart. While the eggplants are cooling (and at the same time draining excess oil), two eggs are cooked and cut, Russian cheese rubs - about a quarter kilogram, preferably on a Korean grater. In addition, three large tomatoes are cut (peeling is not necessary at all). Three garlic cloves are choked and combined with the packing of mayonnaise. Now we are building a salad directly. The first layer - "blue", the second - mayonnaise, the third - half of the cheese, the fourth - tomatoes, followed by eggs, the last - the remaining cheese. Each layer is smeared with mayonnaise. The top is sprinkled with walnuts, and the delicious salad is hidden for the night in the bottom of the refrigerator to impregnate.

"Unspeakable delight"

If you want to cook this salad, aubergines, eggs, onions, mayonnaise - not all that is needed. The dish is multi-part, but very tasty and light enough. A third of a kilo of "blue", already traditionally rid of skin and cut into slices, is quickly added in hot, lean oil. A pair of bulbs is cut into cubes; As the eggplant will become soft, they are poured into vegetables - and then everything is taken out of the frying pan. Two eggs and the same number of apples crumble; Apple cubes are sprinkled with lemon, so as not to darken. All the prepared ingredients are combined, the canned peas are poured (roughly half a can), and the salad is filled with dressing from an equal amount of sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard with the addition of pressed garlic. Decorate with tomato slices, insist half an hour in the fridge - and you can surprise people.

Strong sex rarely welcomes dishes in which there is no meat. For men, you can prepare a salad of aubergines and eggs with mayonnaise, which will fully match their tastes. Chicken thighs are boiled, cooled and freed from meat (you can cut, you can tear with fibers). Two eggplants are cleaned, cut into cubes and fried (but not brown!)
