Ah, this is sweet for the ear of any girl the word "wedding". All the girls, without exception, dream of their triumph from early childhood. They in details represent the dress, a veil, a hairdress and a bouquet. They know exactly how many guests will be invited, where the banquet will be held and what a sweet table for the wedding will be. Only one detail remains unengaged by the young ardent imagination - what will be the groom.

And now, time passes, the missing link (the groom) is finally found, and the girl from dreams goes to work. And there are enough cases during the preparation for the wedding, you need to think everything over and prepare, because on a crucial day everything should pass without a hitch without a hitch.

The first thing to be honestly and impartially determined - this is with the budget of the event. This is the first and only action of "addition" in the organization of the wedding. Then only "subtraction" will go: dress, costume, rings, car, photographer, and, finally, a banquet with a change of dishes, of which the sweet table is an indispensable attribute.

It is customary to serve lots of dishes and drinks for the wedding, and the dessert component should not be an exception here. It can be a rack, a locker, a ladder or a trolley. Here you need to focus on the overall design of the wedding dinner, its stylistics and color scheme. But one rule must be strictly observed: the sweet table for the wedding should be plentiful, appetizing and beautiful. Its basis can make any sweets, from home-made pies and cookies to exquisite cakes and exclusive sweets from the best chocolate. It all depends on the original amount. But whatever it is, it should be a lot (7-10 kinds of sweets, 2-3 kg each). It is necessary to focus not on the number of guests (although, of course, it must also be taken into account), but on the overall appearance of the sweet corner, which should resemble a good confectioner's shop window.

In the design of a candy bar, you should use bookcases, shelves or coasters in order to arrange a treat at different levels of height. This is done, firstly, for the convenience of the guests, and, secondly, so the sweet table for the wedding (photo look above and below) looks better.

Particular attention should be paid to the containers in which desserts will be served. If it is soft cakes or pieces of cake, be sure to place them in a wrapper or a paper basket so that guests can take them by hand and send them to the mouth without having to carry a plate and a fork. In case candies, dried fruits, nuts or other small solid products are offered, distribute them on transparent vases or special cans so that they can be easily seen and conveniently taken out. Hot approval from the guests will cause such an initiative of the organizers, such as putting on the table small closed bags, in which you can pick up the favorite delicacy home.

Making a sweet table for a wedding should be thought through to the smallest detail: a backdrop, tablecloth, napkins, containers for desserts - everything should be sustained in the same style and "branded" wedding colors. It is not superfluous to add compositions from real flowers, bright pictures or cards with names of treats.

A wedding is one of those events where following the fashion goes hand in hand with observance of traditions. And one of them says: without a festive cake, a sweet table is unthinkable. At the wedding cakes are prepared in various configurations: one-, two- and three-story, with figures, inscriptions, as well as decorations in the form of flowers and rings. The newlyweds take a knife together, cut the cake into pieces, then give it to their parents and guests. It is always a touching and solemn moment when all the views and objectives are addressed to the perpetrators of the celebration, so you have to approach the choice of the cake seriously, so that you do not then blush when looking through memorable photos.
