Complexes there are many, some exercises can be performed only under the supervision of a specialist, as improper execution will lead to the formation of new wrinkles.

Independently you can do only home gymnastics from wrinkles. Before you start, you need to ventilate the room, wash your face and hands thoroughly, use no cream. Exercises are performed sitting in a comfortable pose. After doing the exercises, rinse your face with cold water. Do not count on the instantaneous effect - tangible results will appear only after two weeks.

Repeat the exercise once every twenty.

Another good exercise for strengthening the muscles of the forehead and preventing the appearance of new wrinkles.
