Egg in a bun in the oven: fast, tasty and beautiful

Breakfast is rightly considered the most important meal, on which the quality of life of every person depends directly during the day. However, many simply do not have time to wake up enough to eat well, while others do not have enough time to prepare something substantial. Both of them will very much help the egg in a bun in the oven. The dish is rich enough to easily survive until dinner, cooks easily and quickly, and even looks appetizing.

This dish can be called the most primitive variety, which nevertheless will win the heart and stomach of even an inveterate gourmet. A thick round bun is cut parallel to the surface of the table into two halves, from which so much pulp is removed, so that an egg can be placed in the "nest". The resulting "cups", smeared with softened oil both inside and out, are placed in the oven for just a couple of minutes - to gain blush. Then in each halves an egg is hammered. On top of the workpiece generously poured grated cheese and sprinkled with a little oil. Prepared in this way the egg in a bun, in the oven is kept until the yolk folds. Before consumption, it is recommended to tear with crushed fresh herbs.

Meat delicacy

For those who do not see their life without meat, morning buns with sausage and eggs in the oven. Sausage is better to take cooked or ham, with smoked will be harsh. With each bun, the hat is cut off and more crumb is removed. The thickness of the remaining walls is up to you. The insides are lubricated with oil (you can just put a very small piece), in the "basket" a spoon of chopped filling is filled - it should fill half the volume. The raw egg is poured from above, seasoned with spices and salt - and into the oven. The breakfast is baked to the desired consistency of the egg. If it turns out that the bun has become rosy, and the egg is still too liquid, the "basket" should be covered with foil, otherwise the bread base may become dried.

Complicated filling

If you are not short of time, you can cook a more refined egg in a bun in the oven. Preparation of the very basis remains the same. For "minced meat", very finely chopped mushrooms with onions are first fried. When they cool slightly, the mushrooms are laid out on bakery "cups". Before this, the filling should be drained of excess liquid, so that the bottom does not soak. On top of the mushrooms an egg is broken, half of a small tomato is put on it (if there is no cherry on hand, you can lay out a circle of a larger tomato), it is salted and sprinkled with spices. The design is placed in the oven. After about ten minutes, the buns get, they sprinkle with grated cheese and come back for another five minutes. The most delicious breakfast will be immediately from the stove, sprinkled with green onions and dill. You can, of course, warm up, but it will not be the same.

Egg in a bun in the oven can be supplemented with fresh or stewed vegetables, combine different fillings - in short, the dish gives the opportunity to flash culinary fantasy in full.
