Shrimp salad cocktail - an exotic dish for a festive table
Have you ever heard of how a salad cocktail is made? Judging by the name, the first thing that comes to mind is a liquid dish, more like a mashed potatoes. However, this is not so, because such dishes are prepared by the usual methods, just at the end they are served in a glass, not in a plate. Most salad cocktail is a la carte, that is, each orderer brings his glass with a small amount of exotic food. However, there are also large tanks for serving such dishes. They are the same salad bowl, only made in the form of a glass, where the prepared dish is placed.
Ingredients for a salad will take a little, and they can be found in any store, so do not be afraid of the name and immediately refuse to prepare a tasty and healthy dish. First, we'll tell you what ingredients you will need to make our present salad. Take 150 grams of shrimp, a couple of pickled cucumbers, three boiled eggs, one ripe red apple and 100 grams of hard cheese. As you can see, the ingredients are banal, but the combination of fruits and vegetables will give our salad refinement and tenderness. It should be noted that for this dish it is preferable to take canned shrimps. They are already completely cleaned and have a pleasant salty taste, which will be very useful in our dish. If you choose the usual fresh seafood, you need to think about how to cook and clean them before preparing our salad cocktail. Besides the question of shrimp, it is necessary to decide what you will take as a fruit. If there are no apples in the refrigerator, you can replace them with canned pineapple.
Since our salad needs to be laid in layers, we are looking for a special creamer for the design of salads-cocktails. Such kremanki are like big glasses. If such a house is not at home, you can use ordinary glasses for wine, but in this case you have to cut everything smaller.
Spread a layer of pickled cucumbers on the bottom of the dishes. Before this, it takes some time to hold them in a colander, so that the salad is not too wet. We cut the cucumbers into strips and put the first layer in the dishes.
We also do the same with apples (or pineapples) - finely cut into strips and laid in a second layer.
