Shish kebabs are always associated with holidays and weekends, with a good mood. Not everyone knows that it is quite easy to cook shish kebab on aerogril. Shish kebab in aerogril: recipe

Ingredients:

- half a kilo of meat pulp (veal or pork;

- two pieces of onions;

- three tablespoons of soy sauce;

- a tablespoon of sour cream of any fat content;

- a tablespoon of mayonnaise;

- special seasoning for meat and salt.

Inventory:

- skewers;

- aerogrill;

- a bowl in which you will pickle meat;

- Cutting board and knife.

Preparation:

1. Cut the meat

Before you put the meat in aerogril, it needs to be rinsed well, cut and, of course, marinated.

It is very important how large each piece will be. After all, if the meat is cut too finely, it can easily be fried. And if too large - inside the meat just does not have time to prepare. The most optimal size of pieces is about 2 by 4 centimeters.

2. Preparation of marinade

There is a huge amount of marinade species. Someone likes a creamy tender taste, someone sharp. For the first case, it is best to use a mayonnaise or sour cream base for marinating. But in the second, add a large amount of spices. For example, such as black and red pepper, adzhika, hops-suneli and others. For today's recipe was chosen a fairly neutral mixture, which emphasizes the dignity of the main "hero" - meat. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, soy sauce, spices and salt in a bowl for marinating. Thoroughly mix everything.

3. Cut the onions

Slice the bulb into thick rings. You will then plant them with the meat on the skewers. Remember that if you cut the onion too thin, it will dry up during cooking and get an unpleasant taste. Then add the onion to the marinade.

4. Marinating meat

Pieces of already prepared meat put in a bowl with a marinade. Stir everything so carefully that the sauce covers both the lower and upper layers. Cover the meat with a lid and allow the products to marinate for at least an hour. This is perhaps the most important step that you need to go through when preparing a shish kebab in an aerogrill.

5. String on the skewers

Pickled meat is quite easy to pierce with the sharp end of the skewer. If you do not want to invent additional garnish for meat later , you can alternate it with pieces of vegetables.

6. Sawdust in aerogril
