For every 5 degrees it is necessary to increase the thickness by 3-4 cm. Thus, at a temperature of -25 ⁰ C, a layer 19-24 cm thick and so on is needed. To date , the best solution for floor insulation are chipboard boards based on sawdust. They are well suited for roughing, which is done without any preparatory work. It would be superfluous to note that good material has thermal insulation properties such as clay concrete. As you might guess, it includes clay, cement, sawdust and lime. Water is added to all this. For the production of one cubic meter you do not need a lot of materials. You need to take about 200 kg of sawdust, 30 kg of cement and 70 kilograms of lime. Also, to obtain a quality mixture, you need 300 kg of clay and 350 liters of water. The mass of clay-concrete in this case will be 500-600 kg / m ³ . After the mixture swells, it is cloaked. When the block dries, the sawdust binds firmly. As a result, they are not putrefied. In addition, the unit is strong enough and has good operational properties.
