Among people whose profession is connected with the repair of electrical equipment, it is often possible to hear the statement that the rules for the protection of labor in the operation of electrical installations are written in blood. Although this sounds unpleasant, it really is, of course, in a figurative sense. Human life depends on observing the rules of exploitation.
