You can try to limit one category, let's say it's fries with mushrooms in a pot, and still there will be a lot of reasons for a creative dispute. You can choose one technique and use it to invent your own way of cooking. In fact, mushrooms are prepared with different products - not just potatoes. Buckwheat, meat, and other supplements will do. In the pots of billet lay out layers. First comes the meat - it should already be salted, peppered, fried until half cooked. Next comes the salted potatoes. Mushrooms follow - they must be salted and fried. Next comes a layer of fried and salted carrots and onions. Add the butter. Then put a layer of grated cheese with mayonnaise. All pour the cooked water or broth.

Then you need to divide the dough. It should be 6 parts. They need to roll out on round "caps". They close the pots, crushing the dough around the edges. Put the pots in the oven, which should already be heated to 180 degrees. The estimated cooking time is 1 hour.

Another variant of the dish is "roast with mushrooms in pots."

In this case, the roast with mushrooms and meat will be obtained from the following products. Pork - about a pound, perhaps 400gr, fresh mushrooms - about 300gr, a little potatoes, 1 onion, salt, pepper to taste. Next, the potatoes must be cut into cubes. Mushrooms this time also need to be cut into cubes. Cut the meat into small pieces. Then chop the onions.

In the pots on the bottom put half of the harvested potatoes. Next layer to lay half of the onion. Next comes a mushroom layer, a little salted. Then lay a layer of pork, salt and pepper. Now we need to lay out the remaining onions. On top of it comes a layer of unused potatoes. The oven should already be heated to 180 degrees. Pour all the pots with water or broth. After an hour you can serve.

Sometimes the ingredients are replaced. For example, you can add sour cream or cream. You can cook the roast with mushrooms in the pot according to the following recipe. Prepare the products:

  • 600 gr. Meat, take pork;
  • 400 gr. Only fresh mushrooms;
  • 5-6 pcs. Large-sized potatoes;
  • carrot;
  • Several bulbs;
  • garlic;
  • A bunch of greenery;
  • 100 gr. Butter, it can be replaced with a glass of sour cream;
  • Seasonings to taste.

Quickly brown the pork in a frying pan. Put on the bottom of pots. Bulb large chop and fry. Next, put a layer of browned carrots. Cut thin plates into mushrooms, fry. They put on carrots. Sliced potatoes, fry. This will be the last layer. Then add spices, butter (alternatively sour cream). Add plenty of water. Tightly cover with a lid. Cook the roast with mushrooms in a warm oven for half an hour or about 40 minutes.
