You should try to sit for two or three minutes in such a way that chlorhexidine does not flow out, then squat, allow the solution to flow out and rinse the external genitals with warm water and baby soap.

If you have a wound somewhere, and you need to rinse it (chlorhexidine in this case will act like hydrogen peroxide), then simply wet the kerchief or cotton wool with a solution and gently apply to the wound, you can also simply pour it with chlorhexidine, then wipe with a tissue.
