Stew zucchini with rice

At zucchini the tail and "ass" are cut off, after which they are cut along. The knife is carefully cut out with seeds. In the received boats a spoon is put in a spoon, and zucchini stuffed with rice and vegetables, leave for 40 minutes in the oven on a pallet, where a little water is poured. The stove should be warmed up to 190 degrees. As it evaporates, it will have to be poured, so that your zucchini stuffed with rice will not burn. When the time runs out, the "boats" are sprinkled with cheese and come back for five minutes.

Winter stocks

It is also easy to roll rice with zucchini for uncomfortable cold months. However, if we limit ourselves to these ingredients, it will be boring. Therefore, we offer such a way out. 800 g of Bulgarian peeled peppers are cut with straws, and half a kilo of prepared courgettes - cubes. Peeled tomatoes (700 g) are not very large cut. All the vegetables are added to a large pan; There is a glass of rice, half a glass of sugar, a spoon of salt, a bay leaf (as you like) and a glass of sunflower oil (refined).
