Repair motoblock: work features
Today, one can observe the fruits of technological progress not only in industrial, but also in the agricultural sphere. A large number of equipment is used for a variety of purposes: it is the cultivation of the soil, and the sowing of crops, and simply the maintenance of vegetation on the site. Among the variety of agricultural transport, it is necessary to allocate such a device as a motoblock, which is simply indispensable in everyday life.
This device is a design with one or two wheels located on one axis. Often such a mechanism is used for soil cultivation, when the operator controls it using pens with all the necessary control devices, but sometimes it is used as an elementary means of transportation.
What does the motor block consist of?
The main driving part of this mechanism is the engine, running both on gasoline and diesel fuel. This element of the motor block can be push-pull or four-stroke. The peculiarity of such motors is that special speed regulators are built in them, which simplify the process of operation. Engine power varies from 5 to 10 hp. It is worth noting that the greatest difficulty is the repair of the motoblock in this part of it.
Another element of the design is the transmission, which has several varieties:
- cogged;
- tooth-worm;
- belt-toothed chain;
- Hydrostatic.
An important part of the motor block is also the system of aggregation, which is responsible for the possibility of attaching additional agricultural devices to the apparatus.
The control of this device can be displayed either on its handles or on the steering rods. It is here that the clutch and gas are controlled. Some heavy specimens can sometimes be equipped with a brake.
Principle of operation
Operation of this device is carried out due to the engine's effort, due to which the motoblock moves and transfers energy to the additional elements installed on it. Its main structural detail is a rotavator, the main role of which is to remove weeds, plow and equip the land with fertilizer. Very often, the repair of the motoblock is carried out in this part of it, since it is heavily loaded.
In addition to the rototillers, the motor block can also include parts such as a cultivator, plow, mower, hiller, etc.
Varieties motoblock
Depending on the weight, there are 3 main types of these agricultural devices. It is important to note that any repair of motor blocks with their own hands must pass strictly in accordance with the technical features of a particular sample. Types of such equipment are as follows:
- Light type. Its weight is in the range of 10 to 50 kg. Due to its mobility, the speed of its operation is much higher than that of other devices, however, due to the low power with its help, it is possible to process only small areas of the soil.
- The average type of motor blocks is represented by products with a weight of 60 to 100 kg. Such devices are used for a variety of purposes.
- A more professional version of this agricultural machinery is heavy professional devices. Due to the fact that their weight exceeds the figure of 100 kg, they are not able to work very quickly, but they can be used to process a large area of land due to the high power of these samples.
Further, it is necessary to consider in more detail what kind of malfunctions may arise during the operation of such devices and, as a consequence, what will depend on the performance of such a procedure as the repair of the motor block.
The main reasons for the failure of the gasoline engine
As a rule, all breakages of this kind can be divided into 2 categories:
- Problems with starting the engine.
- Trouble in work.
In the event of such problems, do not immediately give the device to the employees of the maintenance station. It is possible that the repair of the engine motoblock, running on gasoline, you can do it yourself. Causes of motor malfunction can be the following:
- the ignition is not on;
- there is no fuel in the fuel tank;
- the cock supplying fuel is blocked;
- The carburettor flap is not positioned correctly. When the engine starts, it must be closed.
- the air filter is clogged (the reason is the lack of air in the carburetor);
- Low quality fuel;
- malfunction of the ignition mechanism;
- obstruction of the muffler;
- improperly adjusted carburettor system;
- elements of cylinders and pistons have undergone wear.
Malfunctions and repair of the diesel engine of the motor-block
Often, diagnosing and eliminating the problems of the equipment can be done independently. Next, some of the most popular breakdown situations and ways to solve them will be described. Repair of motor blocks with their own hands should be performed as follows:
- If the clutch slips in the diesel unit, it is recommended to check the mechanism for wear of the discs and springs. The reason may also be a problem with the tension of the functional parts of the transmission system.
- Sometimes the clutch does not turn off completely. To fix this, performing the repair of the motoblock, you can check how tightly the control cable is tightened.
- If there are any strange noises in the gearbox, you need to make sure that the oil in the gearbox is in the right amount. Perhaps the problem is worn bearings or gears (in this case they will have to be replaced).
- If the speeds change badly, then it is also worth checking how well all the functional elements of the gearbox work. Very often, they can be extended by simply cleaning and polishing them.
