Gelatin must be soaked in water for a quarter of an hour (which it is better to do before taking Panacota for this recipe), and when it swells up - combine it with chocolate-milk mass. Cool the mixture should be poured into molds and sent to the refrigerator - cool.

And if you really want to try Panacota unusual, not like a classic dish, then it's worth trying a delicacy from yogurt. It will require the following ingredients: cream (150 ml.), Natural yogurt without additives (400 g.), Sugar (60 g.) And gelatin (20 g.). Be sure to pre-soak before swelling in the water gelatin - as long as this happens, in the saucepan you need to warm the cream, gradually mixing them with sugar until the latter dissolves completely. When the mixture begins to boil, you can pour gelatin and whipped into a mixer yogurt. The thoroughly stirred mass is cooled and poured into molds - after two or three hours in the refrigerator, the panacota will be ready to be sent to the table, to the pride of the chef and the pleasure of his guests.
