Freshly salted cucumbers, the recipe of which has recently been discussed so often, is one of the favorite snacks in Russia. Wonderful, crispy, sweet-salted cucumbers - a wonderful addition to both a noisy meal, and a regular family dinner. Their difference from salted cucumbers, which many housewives harvest in large quantities for the winter, at the time of preparation and at the time of storage, which is very little different from fresh cucumbers.

Cooking freshly salted cucumbers in the package have learned more recently. Who the author - is unknown. But the recipe is really very convenient and simple. Cucumbers can be salted in the morning, and they will be ready already for supper of the same day. Boil the potatoes, cook them with mashed potatoes or simply sprinkle with herbs, serve it to a table with cucumbers - and here is ready a light aromatic dish!

The recipe for freshly salted cucumbers requires a minimum set of ingredients: a small-sized fresh cucumber in the amount of one kilogram, a tablespoon (without a slide) of salt, a bunch of dill, if desired - 2-3 cloves of garlic. Of the necessary utensils - a normal polyethylene bag of the appropriate size. If you do not have cucumbers at hand, it's not a problem! Large fruits can be cut into parts of centimeters of 10. This is the size of this recipe for freshly salted cucumbers. Do this necessarily, otherwise they will need more time to salivate to the desired state.

If you cut the cucumbers into smaller parts, the cooking time, respectively, will decrease. Using this recipe for freshly salted cucumbers, you can get ready-made dish for about 30 minutes, such cucumbers - quickly! A good solution for meeting suddenly unexpected guests! Of course, cucumbers cooked so quickly will not have time to absorb in themselves all the flavors of greens and spices, with which they will be satisfied in plenty for a longer time. If you have a few hours, then it is better to use a classic recipe, for which, as mentioned above, it is not necessary to cut so small cucumbers.

The recipe for freshly salted cucumber in the package. Stages:

  1. My cucumbers, cut, if necessary. Cut off on both sides of the "ass", so as not to process them later.
  2. The next ingredient is dill. It must be washed, further processing at your discretion - you can grind, and you can leave the twigs whole.
  3. Garlic. If you decide that he will be present in the dish, then also clean, mine and finely chopped.
  4. For a greater flavor, you can add everything that is usually used when pickling cucumbers - various spices, including peppercorns and caraway seeds. But this is not necessary - cucumbers and so will turn out very tasty.
  5. Now all the prepared products can be placed in a container - a plastic bag: cucumbers, greens, spices, garlic. I repeat, everything can be limited only to cucumbers and dill, this is quite enough. The rest is for an amateur! We pour salt there.
  6. We carefully tie the package. It is very important! It is thanks to the hermetically sealed package that the taste and aroma that this prescription for freshly salted cucumbers imply is obtained. Tied knot properly shake so that the salt and spices are evenly distributed on cucumbers.
  7. Now only time and periodic vigorous stirring is required. You can put the package in the refrigerator. Then the cooking time will be from 6 to 8 hours. If left at room temperature, then the required time will decrease to four hours. In any case, do not forget to mix sometimes, shaking the package. To avoid leakage of the bag, place it in the second same bag or in a deep bowl.

If desired, cucumbers can be consumed for about 30 minutes later. By this time they will acquire a wonderful crunch and aroma characteristic of freshly salted cucumbers.
