Producers of alcohol are in constant search. Trying to interest consumers, they pay great attention to developing new technologies for manufacturing their products. Working in this direction, Ukrainian specialists presented to the competent jury a new strong spirit product "Perepelka". Vodka with this name appeared on the shelves of stores in late 2013 and immediately became the subject of heated discussions.

Lovers of strong spirits in our days are difficult to surprise. What ideas have not been implemented by enterprising manufacturers. Nevertheless, we can say with certainty that the "Quail" is vodka, which really surprised everyone.

The matter is that this product is created on absolutely unique technology. Specialists of the well-known Ukrainian corporation "National Vodka Company" devoted a long time to developing a drink that would not be similar to all the rest. Four years ago they succeeded. Technologists of the firm have created a new product that does not know analogues all over the world. "Quail" - vodka, which, in fact, does not differ much from other similar drinks. Its composition is pretty standard:

  • Ethyl rectified alcohol "Lux";
  • Specially prepared drinking artesian water;
  • Infusion of oatmeal;
  • sugar;
  • Lactusan-2 (lactulose concentrate).

But the secret of the product is not that. According to the idea of specialists, natural quail eggs are used to purify vodka. Being an excellent natural adsorbent, they fulfill the role of an ideal biological filter. After this treatment, the output is a crystal clear product, which has excellent pitches and harmonious taste with a light vodka flavor. Those who have personally had a chance to taste this drink say that after the morning there is no hangover after it.

The drink is poured into a glass container of the original oval shape with a long narrow neck. At first it had a standard form with a label on which was depicted a quail sitting on a branch. Later, the designers made some changes to it. On the front side of each bottle there are now two labels. One indicates the name of the brand and the type of product marked "eco", and the second shows a quail egg against a background of green grass with an inscription indicating a unique cleaning method.

The Russian manufacturer

To the well-known Ukrainian brand, the Russian city of Veliky Ustyug also has a direct relationship . The fact is that the local distillery plant established the production of the famous Ukrainian "Quail".

Here it is produced in two types:

  1. "Farmer's". In addition to the main ingredients, aromatized alcohol is added. As a result, the vodka did not acquire an entirely normal flavor. It was complemented by a pleasant aroma of dried apples.
  2. "Rural". Vodka is made by standard technology with the addition of alcoholic infusion of flaxseed into the recipe.

Both these drinks supplemented the already extensive catalog of products produced by JSC "Veliky Ustyug Distillery". Consumers liked the unusual new vodka. It uses a unique technology of natural biological treatment, which is not equal in the world. As a filter eggs are used, brought from quail farms located in the Kiev and Cherkasy regions. Here, birds are given only organic fodder. Therefore, there is no reason to doubt the quality of the eggs that they carry. Preparation of the filter solution is done manually. Each egg is first subjected to a thorough check, and then the workers split each of them, separating the yolk from the protein. Prepared mass is collected in special containers. After this, the protein is diluted with water and slightly whipped. Upon contact with an alcoholic mixture, it absorbs all the ethers, organic acids and fusel oils. Further cleaning is done on charcoal filters. The output is an ideally clean product with a pleasant mild taste. This technology was borrowed by some Russian enterprises that produce alcoholic beverages.
