Experienced cooks offer two types of this dish: sweet Raffaello and Raffaello's recipe for crab sticks, which will be given below. The first - sweet delicacies, and the second - an excellent option for snacks.

To make sweets at home, you will need: condensed milk, coconut chips, vanilla sugar, whole almonds, fresh butter.

First you need to make a filling. As in real shop candy, it will be a gentle cream. It is made from butter, a little whipped, which is added with condensed milk and vanilla sugar for flavor. Then continue to whip the cream with a mixer or blender until a creamy mixture is obtained. Coconut shavings are added to it. The Raffaello prescription also suggests its absence in the cream, but this will affect the hardness: without chips, it will be more gentle.

Since the butter in this form is very soft, it will not roll into balls, it is cooled in the refrigerator for several hours. It must be remembered that the cream is very gentle and easily absorbs foreign smells. To avoid undesirable consequences, it is initially prepared in a container, which is then closed with a lid, or the dishes are wrapped with food film.

During this time, soak the almonds (an hour is enough) and calcine it in a frying pan. Soaking will get rid of the peel.

If the oil has hardened, the cooking can be continued. To finish the Raffaello recipe you need to roll balls, in the center of which place almonds. Each ball is rolled in coconut chips to completely cover the candy. The delicacy is ready!

During the rolling of balls instead of almonds, take an olive or olive, although some suggest using both, inserting almonds in place of the extracted stone.

Then finely rub crab sticks. In chips, roll balls and Raffaello's snack is ready. The recipe will be piquant and more varied if you roll a piece of balls in shavings from shrimp meat. Lovers of crab Raffaello offer to use sausage cheese, because it is tender and excellent for soft stuffing. Some people think that it is better to use processed cheese, which is simply kneaded with a fork.

The main plus of cooking both dishes is an independent selection of products that, with a competent approach, allows not only to make some adjustments, but also to offer only fresh Rafaello without harmful additives.
