"Northern brotherhood" - what is it?

Nationalist groups are common in almost any large society that inhabits our planet. Their program positions, structure and composition, methods of work and results of activities are strikingly different in comparison with organizations of the same kind within the same country.

However, tense times in the history of states, infringement on national and religious grounds and even the absence of their own power as such will ultimately lead to the radicalization of a part of society if such problems are not resolved at the root as soon as possible. And the consequences of the steady growth of nationalism do not always affect fruitful well-being and prosperity as a result. Only a match of anger and discontent is enough to kindle a flame of interethnic discord, bloody clashes, the complete destruction of the economy, the society, the body of civil liberties and in especially difficult cases - even a war with other states.

Therefore, it is important for any government not only to timely address the pressing problems of its own country and take care of its interests on the world stage, but also to carefully study those elements that are imperceptible at first glance, which, with the slightest shock, will not fail to use all available means to rule on the throne themselves.

The origins of the radical current

One of such nationalist organizations is the "Northern Brotherhood". In Russia, being recognized as extremist, she was not particularly known among the broad masses, although her activities are still of interest (at least among law enforcement agencies).

The exact date of birth of this nationalist movement is for certain unknown. Nevertheless, among the nationalists there is a version that the beginning of the Security Council was December 2006. Earlier, the "Northern Brotherhood" (the date of its foundation is still in question) was part of another radical movement - DPNI, namely its "pagan" wing.

The backbone of their ideas was partially formed by some provisions from the NORN program. From the very first days of independent activity, Svarog's sign was chosen as the "face" of the "Northern Brotherhood" movement, whose emblem looks as shown in the photo below.

In 2009, the Friendly Party of Freedom joined the Security Council. In the same year, the most famous "mole" in the movement was expelled - Professor in the field of theoretical systems analysis Peter Khomyakov (joined in 2006), unsuccessfully attempted to merge important information about this organization.

On August 6, 2012, the Moscow City Court, at the request of the prosecutor's office, the movement "Northern Brotherhood", whose goals are regarded as a threat to the statehood of the Russian Federation, was recognized as extremist, and its interregional activities are prohibited by law.

Structural component

The whole organization consists of various autonomous cells operating according to the official doctrine of the Security Council in different parts of the country. All participants in the movement are guaranteed anonymity and non-distribution of personal data, so it is simply impossible to judge accurately the total number of supporters of the entire organization. Abroad, people are even less aware of what the "Northern Brotherhood" is. Nevertheless, this does not prevent the special cell of the Security Council, called the Foreign Legion, from operating outside Russia.

At the same time, the procedure of selection for the organization is covered with gloom no less than other structural nuances of the organization "Northern Brotherhood". The Russian nationalist movement, as is for certain known from their own statements, accepts in its ranks: all Russians, Slavs, other friendly peoples of Russia and representatives of any ethnic group of the white race. There are no restrictions on religious and political beliefs in the selection process. An exception to this is only two categories:

• Supporters of the imperial-state path of development of Russia are not accepted.
• Christians are not identified with the nomenclature of the ROC. The organization itself clearly puts a mark of difference in this issue, clarifying the important aspect for its program: the ROC is most likely to support the existing government leaders, therefore, a speech against the ROC for Christian supporters of the Security Council will also be inevitable.

In connection with the closure for a long time there were rumors that the "Northern Brotherhood" in Russia had ceased its activities. The official website of the organization also posted a similar announcement. But even with these two nuances in mind, there is as yet no real confirmation or refutation of their activities after the legislative ban.

Cold calculation in ambitious intentions

The main task that the "Northern Brotherhood" put up from the first day of existence (the network organization from independent cells represents an ideal basis for this) is the coming to power in a crisis for the present government.

In the opinion of the ideologists of the organization, the collapse and disintegration of the current top Kremlin is approaching year by year, which will unswervingly lead to an irreparable split in the ranks of the elite and, accordingly, create a temporary vacuum in the Kremlin. This is precisely what the "Northern Brotherhood" stake is doing, the main goal of which is to enter the domestic political arena only by overthrowing and overturning (this position is mainly due to the non-recognition of the current Russian government).

After taking power into their own hands, the priority direction will be the construction of a Russian technocratic nation state, the conditional name of which is designated as "Bright Russia". The state system is a confederation (in the likeness of the Swiss system).

The monoethnic nature of this project also presupposes "Russian separatism" - separation from "Svetly Russia" of the North Caucasus and other regions of the Federation, where the percentage of non-Slavic population prevails over the Russian. Such a doctrine received in the ranks of the Security Council a separate slogan "Rus against Russia."

For an even faster "approaching of the inevitable revolution" to our time, the organization intends to use its own intelligence network in the ranks of the power structures of the Russian Federation, bribe the representatives of the authorities and regional elites, and also carry out its project of "swinging the system" called the "Great Game".

Attitude to the current Kremlin

Perhaps the only word that accurately characterizes the attitude of the members of the "Northern Brotherhood" movement to the current Russian government is non-recognition. In their opinion, the current government is pursuing an anti-Russian policy that is destructive for the Slav population of the country, which results in the prosperity of ethnic mafia and widespread corruption in the ranks of officials. Therefore, in the statements of the organization, a firm thesis is the rejection of even the slightest possibility of cooperation or negotiations with the Kremlin. According to their statements, the refusal to comply with any state orders does not at all cancel one of the key principles of the "Nordic Brotherhood" organization: that this will not violate the current Criminal Code in any way.

As for the attitude of the representatives of the current authorities in Russia to the "Northern Brotherhood", the version of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation that relates the organization to the most active extremist associations on the territory of the country will be indicative here. The pressure from the law only confirmed the conclusions that the "Northern Brotherhood" has ceased its activity on the territory of the Russian Federation definitively, although the autonomy of the cells of the organization gives a weighty reason to doubt it.

Priorities in foreign policy

The Security Council characterizes its principle of foreign policy doctrine as follows: "We will not take the stranger, we will not give it up." This primarily means the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of neighboring countries. It is assumed exclusively the path of mutually beneficial trade relations and cooperation, completely excluding the manifestation of "imperial ambitions and aspirations."

Nevertheless, the proclaimed position of "respect for other states" does not at all underscore the respectful attitude, first of all, to the interests of one's own power. Therefore, the struggle for "Russian national interests" in case of an aggressive encroachment on them from the outside is also not excluded from the "Brotherhood" program.

On issues of financing

To the potential sponsors of the Security Council approach is much more pragmatic and weighted, completely devoid of any personal antipathies and preferences. The only exception to this practice are:

• Any states and representatives of peoples, on whose part "ethno-demographic expansion into the lands of the Russian people" is carried out. "
• The Russian state itself, whose policy (in the opinion of the "Northern Brotherhood") traces the policy of the genocide of the Russian people. And even not so much in terms of economic, as by the replacement of millions of foreign migrant labor by millions.

Being banned on the territory of the Russian Federation, the "Northern Brotherhood" officially ceased its activities. However, rumors that his adepts are still secretly looking for the necessary investments for themselves and continue their business, still do not abate.

Views on property and society

The ideals of the "Northern Brotherhood" in theory are equally remote both from Western liberalism and from the familiar history of socialism. The development of the idea of collective mutual assistance in their program plays an important role, however they do not intend to put up with social dependency either.

A sacred and unconditional right of ownership of an organization extends only to the personal outcome of each person's work. Everything that is extracted by the efforts of a worker belongs exclusively to him and to those to whom he himself wishes to transfer this right to anything belonging to him.

However, the definition of property in the program framework of the Security Council does not at all extend to the country's natural resources - they belong to the whole nation without individual exceptions. They are administered exclusively by collective management bodies, whose activities are obliged to be under constant strict public control. Any effective user can fully rely on the possibility of managing the country's resources with the obligatory condition for the return of natural rent to society.

Nevertheless, the property of those persons who will be identified as invaders of various assets after the collapse of the USSR and subsequent predatory privatization will in no way remain inviolable.

The word of sound national sense across fanatical decisions

To increase the welfare of the entire population, the state should first of all provide citizens with the most stable and competent legislative ground. Such a framework concerns not only health, ecology, social protection, but also national aspects as well.

Care for Russian national identity should not be solely an initiative from patriotic associations of citizens, but also from the state as a whole. Careful support and widespread development of their own traditions in the country, an increase in the Russian population in all regions to at least 55% of the total national composition, as well as a full-scale program of educating all Russians from kindergartens and a school bench, focused on developing deep respect for their country, its Culture, roots and language - that is the priority in the contemporary Russian question.

Legislative basis without exceptions and compromises

However, the development of its own national component throughout the country should not be the result of oppression or extortion of the culture of other ethnoses of our vast country. Russians are not a hodgepodge of all and all, it is a self-sufficient nation with a great history, achievements and future. To forget about who the Russians are is in fact death, and without knowledge of one's own roots, there can be no real further development and speech. But also forget about other numerous nations for which Russia is a home, is also wrong.

Peaceful ground, devoid of even a hint of interethnic strife, is capable of preparing the state. Establishing rules of conduct for ensuring order and security within the framework of Russian society, the country needs really working laws that will be equally rigid and harsh for everyone, regardless of ethnos, social group, etc. To do this, in the opinion of the Security Council, it is necessary:

1. Abolish the moratorium on the death penalty, providing it for those who committed particularly serious crimes.
2. Remove the sentence in the form of a suspended sentence from the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, which will significantly strengthen the influence of law in the life of the country, making it a real threat to every offender.
3. To substantially increase the terms of imprisonment for murder and beating / mutilation, regardless of which representative of the ethnos is guilty of the deed.
4. To impose a large monetary penalty for insult (equally for the entire population, regardless of ethnicity).

The firm and influential hand of the Law, which is fair in relation to all nationalities, is an incomparable good for the further prosperous development of a vast country, rather than universal slaughter and killing only in terms of skin color and accent. It is the strict and uncontested control in this respect for every citizen on the part of the state - an ideal platform for peaceful and safe development.

For the work of such laws aimed at the equality of any offender before the law, the appropriate level of professionalism of law enforcement bodies will be required. It is more than realistic to implement with the help of a major mopping up of the police and judicial system, replacing most of the unreliable elements on specialists loyal to this policy.

A separate point about migration

To everyone's regret, mass issuance of Russian passports to labor migrants from the near abroad countries still takes place. Moreover, the scale of such arbitrariness, when instead of the conditional hundreds of the most valuable highly skilled cadres come thousands of uneducated laborers, overload all conceivable boundaries. This is the essence of selfish business and corrupt officials in the field, blindly preoccupied with extremely quick profit. Needless to say, no healthy society wants to accept the astronomical flow of migrants, whose numerous descendants in the distant future will not be so much inclined to work according to the example of their ancestors, but rather to create more and more areas of compact residence and live on social benefits (in many cases also in passing Getting involved in criminal groups).

A clear example of such a destructive influence is the good old Belgium, which in its current multicultural realities has lost its former friendly face, resigned to the new order. And they are not established by new generations of indigenous people. They are predetermined by the second and third generation of migrants, whose ancestors were allowed to live in large quantities in this country before. The actual benefit from them for the country is almost zero - most of this contingent is habitable whole areas, establishes its own Sharia rules there, receives generous benefits. At the same time, "new Europeans" sympathize with radical Islamists, often joining the ranks of the IG (a terrorist organization banned in Russia) and committing horrendous terrorist acts. Including already in the territory of Europe itself.

Given such a sad outcome, which is definitely impossible to correct within the rules and structure of the EU, it is important only not to repeat the same mistakes. The situation in the first place can be regulated not by a surge of right-wing radical activity, arson of migrant habitats and other illegal measures. With the control function, it is the state that must cope with the help of all the same rigid laws that really work primarily on national interests.

Russian citizenship should be a huge value, and not half a free ticket to open doors. It must be deprived of serious misconduct, and all those who acquired it in the future should not be deprived of the same control. The passport must be the document for which labor migrants will compete in terms of law-abiding and professionalism. Yes, they can work in Russia, but they do not need citizenship for professional work. And even in case of success, when valuable foreign experts are still rewarded with a Russian passport, they should in every way appreciate it on pain of irreversible loss. It is this migration policy that will make it possible not only to select the most valuable and popular specialists for the country, but will also significantly increase the number of jobs for its population, remove most of the migrant offenders and exclude the possibility of subsequent expulsion of our compatriots from their numerous descendants.
