Pover-bank with their own hands: scheme. How to make a poker bank with your own hands?

Most modern multi-functional gadgets have one annoying drawback - they are quickly discharged, especially in multitasking environments. Therefore, many smartphone owners have already acquired a "wand-rod" in the form of a portable charging device far from power supplies. We will tell you in detail how to build such a trust bank with our own hands.

What is Power bank

The Power Bank is a portable battery with a capacity of 2 to 15 thousand mAh. The more such an indicator, the longer the device will be able to fuel your gadget. It is easy to use it, having closed the bank and the phone, the tablet - with a USB cable. It is not difficult to make such a trust bank with your own hands from improvised materials.

These devices come in the following varieties:

  • Lithium-ion - light, with a lack of charge memory, high energy density, low self-charge k.
  • Lithium-polymer - overtake the first type of energy density per unit volume, by weight.
  • Equipped with a solar battery - the power of the charge depends on its area.

Some models are equipped with two or even several USB-outlets for charging several gadgets at the same time, LED (light) indication or LCD display for displaying service information about the level and charging process, as well as LED flashlight.

The over-bank of old telephone batteries

In order to make such a device, you will need from six to nine unnecessary, but working batteries from the phones (it is advisable to select their capacity from 1200 mAh). The over-bank of telephone batteries is made with this hands on this simple algorithm:

  • Carefully roll up three batteries of tape - you will have two or three stacks. Make sure that the terminals of all batteries are looking in one direction and do not close with adhesive tape.
  • Choose a suitable case for the device - plastic box, soap dish.
  • Soldering the extreme terminals of all the batteries together is a plus with a plus, a minus with a minus. "The middle terminal is a temperature sensor that allows you to find out the remaining level of the capacitance.
  • Inside the case, draw the edge of the controller from the edge, make a hole for the USB connector.
  • Connect the batteries to the controller, then attach all elements to the housing with a hot-melt adhesive.
  • Close the body of the lid or glue together the half of the soap dish - the purr-bank is ready! The device is enough for 4-5 recharging a medium-sized gadget.

Power-up self-charging

To create such a mechanism you will need:

  • Eight lithium-ion battery 18650 (3.6 V, 2200 mAh);
  • Car charger for mobile phone;
  • Body from the vehicle relay unit;
  • USB connector.

Such a check-bank with their own hands (the scheme for connecting the elements is presented above) is done according to the following instruction:

  • Mark and drill a hole for the USB-out and future switch in the case from the unit.
  • According to the attached scheme, make a soldering of the batteries among themselves in two blocks of 4 pieces each.
  • Arrange the elements in the housing, fix them for reliability with hot melt adhesive.
  • Solder the batteries to the unit on / off.
  • Then connect the switch to the USB connector, using the symbols in the diagram.

The Power Bank can fully charge the phone's battery with a charge once or twice when using a cable. To start the charging cycle, snap the switch to the "on" position, at the end do not forget to turn off the Power bank.

Power-up from finger batteries

Necessary materials:

  • Several wiring;
  • USB connector;
  • A box in which films are sold;
  • A small plastic bottle (from drugs, vitamins);
  • Staples;
  • A can of deodorant or air freshener;
  • wire;
  • 2 matchboxes;
  • 4 AA batteries.

How to make a poker bank with your own hands:

  • After having bent the top wall of each box from under matches, glue their bases together, inside each place on two batteries.
  • Use the staples to create a contact between the batteries of the two boxes, attach them with a wire.
  • Compactly fold the device into the film box.
  • In the bottom of the plastic jar, make a hole for the USB-output. Secure it inside the jar, solder it to the wire.
  • Connect the USB connector to the batteries.
  • Cut off the top of the can, fix the construction with hot melt inside it. Cover will serve as the bottom of the jar with USB-output.

Screwdriver from a screwdriver battery

Such a trust bank is made from:

  • Suitable housing for the future device;
  • Z / u for the phone;
  • Button-switch;
  • The voltmeter;
  • USB connector;
  • Battery screwdriver (Li-ion 2000 mAh, 10 pieces of batteries 1865).

The idea is implemented as follows:

  • Fix the electrical tape three blocks of three batteries.
  • Three are connected in series, three in parallel.
  • In the case, make holes for the toggle switch and for the USB connector. Fix these items inside.
  • The switch button here performs two tasks: one position - charging the device itself, the second - the smartphone.
  • Connect the voltmeter. Its function is to display the input current at recharging and output information about the level of charge of the device.

A flashlight from a flashlight

To convert a flashlight into a Power bank, you will need:

  • The lantern itself with a 3.7 volt battery;
  • controller;
  • Voltage converter with USB-output (to 3.7 volts went to the desired 5).

Pover-bank with their own hands:

  • Remove the flashlight resistor to which the LED is attached - to change the "bright light" mode to a pivot bank.
  • Remove the plug that used to charge the flashlight, replace it with a USB output with a current converter.
  • "+" And "-" flashlight batteries are soldered to the controller.
  • Locate the contacts "OUT +" and "OUT-" on the controller. They need to connect a 5-volt converter.
  • Before operating the switch, release one of its contacts. Then solder directly to the converter.
  • Carry out a functional check of the inverter. If the result is unsatisfactory, you can solder the contacts at this stage.
  • If the epoxy adhesive is successfully tested, carefully attach both the controller and the transducer to the case of the former flashlight.
  • Gather the design - you now have a pover-bank of unusual shape.

The purchase of a pover bank sometimes becomes necessary when buying a gadget, especially with a large, "eating" the lion's share of the charge, the screen. However, if there is a minimum level of skills, it is quite possible to assemble this useful device yourself. We hope that our councils helped you in the latter.
