  6. Sprinkle each skewer with the prepared mixture, lightly pressing it down with your hands.
  7. Send skewers to the oven, heated to 190 degrees. Bake on the grill for about 40 minutes on both sides.

A delicious appetizer or appetizing main course is obtained with the following recipe. Potatoes with lard on skewers or wooden sticks are baked in the oven or on coals. And in order that it is fully prepared, for the first 20 minutes it is wrapped in foil.
