But you will agree that many traditional dishes from potatoes are already boring and have become familiar, and yet sometimes you want to treat yourself and your relatives with something special, unusual, but it is not very difficult to prepare. First you need to prepare all the ingredients for our delicious dishes. It is necessary to take:

  • A half kilogram of potatoes (pick up tubers about the same size),
  • 100 grams of cheese (preferably solid varieties),
  • 100 grams of ham (also suitable for bacon)
  • 2 raw chicken eggs,
  • One and a half to two glasses of vegetable oil (it is desirable to choose an odorless oil),
  • breadcrumbs
  • Spices to taste (salt and pepper are obligatory components, but if you want to add a little curry or ground paprika to them, it will be tastier).

Potato tubers are carefully washed with a brush and set to stew right in the uniforms. While the main ingredient is being prepared, we will prepare everything that is needed for perfect potato balls. Eggs carefully loosened with a fork or vzobem mixer to homogeneity, adding a pinch of salt and pepper. Dry the breads in a dry clean plate, if desired, you can add a little spices in them - so it's getting sharper. Cheese and ham are cut into small cubes (not more than 1 centimeter) and also poured into a separate plate.

Potato lightly cool, remove his uniform and mash in puree (you can add one more egg for viscosity).
