Pork with rice: recipes for first and second courses

Rinse the rice thoroughly (1 kg). After the meat has become soft, pour the croup into the cauldron and add 2 liters of water. Thoroughly mix the ingredients in the cauldron, cover, reduce the heat, and let the pilaf cook for 20 minutes.

Do not stir any more, no matter how much you want it. When 10 minutes have elapsed, brush 4 large cloves of garlic. Put it in the pilaf and cover it again. Watch for rice, since 20 minutes is the approximate cooking time. When the croup was cooked and the water boiled, then the dish is ready. You should get a very delicious and fragrant pilaf with pork.

Mistresses often prepare a variety of soups. So why not cook a pork loin with rice? It is a tasty, original and fragrant soup, which will be enjoyed by members of your family.

Take 0.5 kg of pork, rinse it well and cut into cubes. Fry meat, put in a pan. Pour 400 ml of water, cover and simmer until done. In the meantime, rinse thoroughly the rice (150 g or 0.5 tbsp.).

Potatoes (5 pcs.) Clean and cut into cubes. When the meat has become soft, add rice to it, pour water (1.5 liters). Cook the pork on low heat for 10 minutes. Then put the potatoes. Cook until done. In the meantime, prepare vegetables such as onions and carrots for 1 pc. If you like, you can add Bulgarian pepper.

Tomato paste and a little water. Stir well. Fry the frying pan, let the vegetables stew. At the end, add crushed garlic to taste, oregano (1 tsp) and paprika.

When rice and potatoes are cooked, pour into the same capacity fried vegetables with tomato. Stir, boil for 5 minutes - you can turn off the soup.

Thanks to extra spices and garlic, the grub is more flavorful and tender.

Pork with rice and vegetables

This dish is also prepared quickly and easily. For preparation it is better to take 400 g of pulp (a scarf or scapula). Wash the meat and cut it into small pieces. In the saucepan pour the vegetable oil, and when heated, put the pork there. Fry it until a light crust is formed.

While meat is being prepared, rinse thoroughly with 1.5 tbsp. Rice. Pour it into an empty pan and pour 4 tbsp. water. Salt to taste and cook until ready for cereals. Now cut 3-4 bulbs with half rings and add to the pork.

The meat is fried for a long time, and you have time to prepare the remaining vegetables. Carrots cut into small cubes, and onions - half rings. You can also chop the peppers, tomatoes and, if the season allows, eggplant. Take a small slice of fresh ginger and rub it on a grater.

When the meat is fried, add the onions to it and fry for 15 minutes. Then put carrots here. Stir thoroughly and fry until the vegetables are soft. Then put pepper, peas and sprinkle all the ginger on top. Mix again. Add the necessary spices to your taste. It can be garlic, paprika, a mixture of peppers and salt.

When vegetables with meat are well fried, add ready-made rice to the saucepan. Gently stir the wooden spatula, cover with a lid for 1-2 minutes. The dish "pork with rice and vegetables" is ready. It is better to serve it hot. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs and grated hard cheese. The dish will be more original, rich and tasty.

Sweet and sour pork with rice

This is a unique and original dish, which can be served even at the festive table. For its preparation, take steamed rice and boil until cooked. Typically, 800 ml of water is taken 2 tbsp. Cereals.

Now take the tenderloin of pork, wash it well and cut into cubes or thin strips. Put the frying pan on a small fire, pour into it 2 tbsp. L. Peanut butter. Fry the meat until golden brown.

Add some balsamic vinegar and pineapple juice. Do not fry for more than 5 minutes.

Pour the vegetables from the frying pan into the kazan to the meat. Add a little water and cook until the pork is completely cooked. Then add the rice. Gently mix with a plastic spatula. All together, put out for about 10 minutes. Turn off the hotplate and let it brew. You should get a very delicious pork with rice and vegetables.

Cooking tips

To make rice more delicious and crumbly, it is desirable to first fry it, and only then cook. From such cereals it is possible to prepare such a dish with ease as a risotto.

To keep the rice intact, it is advisable not to mix it during cooking. To make the croup not burned, you need to use a dish such as a cauldron, a frying pan, or a mattress. That is, a container in which a thick bottom.
