At a temperature of 180 degrees the whole leg should be baked for about 35-40 minutes. After that it will be necessary to combine not completely finished meat with a filling of mayonnaise and mustard. Mix 250 grams of your favorite mayonnaise with mustard. Now remove the baking sheet from the oven and pour the chicken abundantly with the resulting composition. Send it back to the oven for 15 minutes. Now the leg with garlic and mayonnaise, baked in the oven, ready. Aromatic, juicy and spicy chicken meat will exceed all your expectations. If you do not represent it without potatoes, you can cook mashed potatoes separately.

Cooking options for this dish

If you like mushrooms, you can slightly modify the specified recipe. Instead of mustard filling, use champignons (about 300 grams), 100 grams of any kind of hard cheese and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mushrooms do not need to pre-fry.
