Pizza in the Multivariate: cooking recipes
Pizza is a dish adored by many of us. You can buy it or cook it yourself, using products that will be at home at hand. Usually pizza is cooked in the oven, but with the appearance of different household appliances it became possible, for example, in a microwave and even a multivark. On the last version we will dwell in more detail. Such a device is for sure many, because it greatly facilitates the process of cooking a wide variety of dishes. Pizza in a multivariate is prepared quickly and deliciously, it is enough to set the desired temperature regime. Well, of course, pre-assemble it, having in the fridge at least some sausages, cheese and tomatoes.
Actually, there is nothing complicated. If you know how to make pizza in the oven, then for the multivark you can take the same test recipe and the same stuffing. Well, if you are still a beginner in this matter, then use the following recipe.
We prepare the dough: we take flour (9 items of l.), Eggs (2 pieces), sour cream and mayonnaise (4 tablespoons), salt. We knead out all the ingredients dough. It should turn out to be liquid, like thick sour cream. When the dough is ready, you should decide on the filling. And then a real flight of fantasy is possible. You can take everything you think is necessary: sausage, sausages, cucumbers, tomatoes, seafood, peppers, mushrooms, etc. Cheese for pizza is a must, without it it's delicious to cook a dish. You can take any hard, which will be well rubbed on the grater.
Preparation
I want to offer you another interesting version of pizza, as a test for which will act potatoes. It should be pre-cooked for a couple (you can all in the same multivark), and then turn into a puree, add a little flour, one egg and salt to taste. Ready potato dough put in a bowl multivark, carefully leveling it. Lubricate with ketchup and lay out any filling in any order. We fall asleep all with cheese, it is possible to water slightly with mayonnaise. Potato pizza in the multivark is also prepared in the "baking" mode for about 30-35 minutes.
