Apple inverted cake with chocolate

This is a lean recipe. The dough on it turns out juicy, with a rich chocolate flavor and sourness. You need to take one hundred grams of margarine (you can replace it with butter, but then baking will not be lean), a cup of sugar, four tablespoons of cocoa, a cup of crushed walnuts, a couple of spoons of sour jam (currant, plum), one hundred grams of strong tea, baking powder, Three large apples, two tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon. Take a deep container and mixer. Whip butter or margarine with sugar. When the mixture looks like a lush white mass, enter jam and tea into it, add cocoa and nuts. After a short whipping, sift into the resulting mass all the flour with a baking powder. Focus on the consistency of the test - it should be thick, like for a cupcake. Flours may require a couple glasses, or maybe a little more. Pour the cut apples into the form, pour in the batter. Bake sixty minutes. Then turn over on a plate.
