There is also a set of ingredients for the sauce, in which the cabbage rolls will be stewed. They are not so many. Most often use tomato sauce, less often mayonnaise or sour cream. Naturally, there are those who prefer not to weight the taste of the main ingredients, and stew in the broth.

Sauce tomato : mix with water ketchup, tomato paste, favorite spices and salt.

Sour cream sauce: mix a few spoons of sour cream with water, add salt and dried fennel.

Sauce mayonnaise: mix with water a couple of spoons of mayonnaise and a quarter teaspoon of turmeric.

Vegetable sauce: Fry until onion in vegetable oil, onions, carrots, sweet peppers and celery (stems and root), add water and salt.
