The theater project is modeled after the Koyan opera. The building is among the ten most equipped in our country. Its uniqueness is also in the fact that it has several underground rooms, two of which are technical. The building has fourteen elevators. Among them there are cargo and special wheelchair users.

Above the ground the building has seven floors. They are located halls, rehearsal rooms, office rooms, buffet and so on. There are twenty make-up artists for the artists. They are designed for a different number of people: there are two, four and ten-seat.

The Opera and Ballet Theater (Vladivostok) is the Primorsky branch of the St. Petersburg Mariinsky Theater.
