For those who do not observe any diets and just want to pamper yourself with sweet, you can cook baked apples with nuts and vanilla sauce. Nuts, best of all walnuts, grind and mix with a little sugar and cinnamon. Put on a tablespoon in each fruit and bake apples in a multivark until ready (usually 30-35 minutes). In the meantime, prepare the sauce. For him, mix 500 ml of milk with 100 g of sugar and vanilla, warm and add 4 tbsp. A spoonful of starch, diluted in a small amount of milk. Brew, stirring, until thick. Give the apples a little cool and serve with vanilla sauce. If desired, they can be decorated with nuts or ground cinnamon.
